Description of Work: Several weeks ago I had an invasion of hundreds of "worms." After a week they were still arriving, so I called Triangle Pest Control. The next day they sent an inspector out. The inspector took one look at the "worms," said that they were millipedes, and said that Triangle's chemicals would kill them and end the infestation very quickly, with very little environmental damage. He sprayed inside sparingly in corners, especially in the basement where they were concentrated, and then he used a different chemical continuously around the exterior of the house several feet wide on the ground and several feet high on the exterior of the house, including doorways and driveway. That night many more millipedes entered and apparently soon died. I saw a few that had apparently been in the house and avoided the spray still alive each day for several days, but since about the fifth day I have not seen any more alive. The inspector said that it might take up to two weeks for the chemical to kill them all, but that seems to have happened in about one week. I am delighted with the professionalism and promptness of Triangle Pest Control, and with the results.

Description of Work: I was mainly interested in mosquito treatment. However, we are looking for a new pest control provider so I had him give us the entire treatment. He was professional, clean and did not pressure us to buy anything else. He has since followed up and we will use them for on-going treatment. Also, NO MOSQUITO BITES!

Description of Work: I called Triangle to set up an appointment and explained my issue with hundreds of millipedes covering my front stoop and steps and that some were getting inside my house. A technician was at my house within a few hours. He said that he really hated to take my money when he could do nothing to control the millipede situation. He added that he could spray to kill those that were there but that by tomorrow a new army of them would be back. It seems that they are a problem throughout my area. Unfortunately, the person in their office answering the phone was new, so he was not educated enough to be able to let me know at the time of my call that these insects could not be eliminated. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest enough not to want to charge me for a service that would not alleviate the issue. He contacted his manager, Donnie Shelton, to see about refunding my $111. Mr. Shelton recommended that I work directly with Angie's List on the issue.

Additionally, we use TPS for our summer lawn services to treat mosquito, fire ants, etc. TPS is very professional and customer oriented. They always resolve my concerns quickly and satisfactorily.
