Making an appointment was easy and they honored the Angie's List offer. Our service provider was knowledgeable and thorough. Even suggested we plug up some holes that could let snakes in the garage. Advice taken! We will keep this company for a year as we learn what pests come with every season in our new area.

This company is a lot more expensive than competitors, nearly double the price. And the company is not willing to set up service on the schedule that you want, e.g. quarterly, but only on their schedule of three times a year.

Great was right on time sprayed every where

Willie James, our exterminator, was great. He gave us a courtesy call in advance of arriving, arrived when he said he would, and answered all of our questions thoroughly and professionally (and we had a lot of questions!). We found him to be very knowledgeable and personable - a winning combo. We also appreciated that he used eco-friendly products in our home and on our lawn. We'd recommend this company and certainly Willie.

Very well- our newly adopted kitten brought fleas into our home. We had bombed and sprayed ourselves, but we were still seeing a few live fleas every day when we vacuumed. I purchased the $111 deal, thinking it might be best to have a pro come out and spray. Our technician, Joe, was very knowledgeable and was able to take care of the problem in minutes. Despite warning us that we may continue to see fleas over the next few weeks as the product does its work, we haven't seen a single one. I would definitely recommend!

Called because we couldn't get rid of crickets on our own. Our tenant is really afraid of them. Who knew? Called them and left message at 8:00 because of coupon and advertised same day service. Was surprised not to hear back quickly, so I called the Durham number a couple of hours later and spoke to a person. She scheduled a visit in a day and a half because they were booked that day and the next. I wasn't thrilled, but was very pleased when I got a call from one of their people who could come out that afternoon. Scott was great, came when he said he would and did a thorough job. The company called later to make sure everything went well. I am not sure why there was an issue with scheduling, but they worked it out and were exceedingly pleasant. I would recommend and use this company again.

The goop they sprayed around left a wet mess and stained the floors. We had to clean it all up. They also sold us their yard treatment service. If that's supposed to cut down on the mosquitoes, it was a major fail. We have used local pest control services in other cities where we lived, and the service was both cheaper and effective. We will be canceling our contract.

Most of the problem was gone with the first visit. They had to return and reapply after 30 days. Worked very well and would definitely use them again

spraying went fine but the roach problem was never resolved. They only come back to respray in a 30 day period vs most have a 90 respray policy. They had to return twice but that was it and the roaches returned the next 30 days. I went with another provider.

Received a one-time treatment for a flea issue. The company was very prompt, professional, and thorough. We were given a detailed checklist for preparing the house before treatment, plus instructions for making sure it was successful (against eggs that hadn't hatched yet, etc.). The fleas were eliminated as promised. Would absolutely recommend.

We actually have a contract for them for exterminating for a year so they have been coming out pretty regularly.

I've been using Triangle Pest Control LLC since I bought the Big Deal from Angie's list couple years ago. I had such a great experience with them and they respond really quickly. They do what they promise! I don't have any problem with insects and even if I do, I know that I'm in good hands. I'm really happy with the service and will continue to use them.
