Excellent. The technician was very thorough and addressed all the concerns I told him about.

The exterminator found an infestation of fleas outdoors and gave me some options to correct. The price was reasonable to we took care of the outside infestation. I did see an increase in water bugs but I was told this was normal. They told me to keep them updated if the problem persisted.

Best service! I called at 1pm today after noticing sawdust looking piles on my porch. The person answering the phone was very helpful and courteous. They have a 12pm same day cutoff time, but he reached out to the technician in my area while I held on the phone and good news they could come today! About 5mins later I received a courtesy call from Greg, who was about 15 minutes away. Greg was excellent! He took one look and said I had carpenter bees and no treatment needed. Very smart and offered tips (honesty in that there was nothing they would do to treat.) Exceptional service, I highly recommend Greg and triangle pest control, and will definitely call them if I ever need service in the future!

It was quick and easy to schedule. The tech was knowledgeable. It was no problem for the dog and I saw no spiders in the house after the treatment.

The technician was timely and serviced my home inside and out. I had absolutely no issues following the service with spiders and ants. I have a dog and the treatment provided was safe for pets and children. There was no smell at all.

It took several rounds of treatment (not unusual, they told me) but it was all for one money and at length it was successful. Nasty critters, bed bugs!

They've been excellent. Every since I got them I have never had any problem with bugs at all.

They were recently here, actually I was going to contact them myself. I asked them to contact me before they came. They were going to come to do the annual inspection, because of the weather, they couldn?t do it. I asked them, when they come the next time to let me know, because I wanted them to inspect the garage too, but they just came and did it without even letting me know in advance that they were going to come. It was just recent, I don?t remember the exact date, but it was after the winter storm. It was January of this year. They haven?t sent me their bill yet. Last time they did the same thing and I called them and they came, and asked if they could do the garage on a different day. I don?t remember how much they charged me. There?s really nothing that stands out, I don?t know if they do anything different that anybody else would do. The workers seem professional and courteous. When I called their office, to be honest, I don?t remember a lot of my conversation with them I detail to give you more information. When I call them, they accommodated me when I asked them to come inspect the garage later on.

This is the third year using them. I don’t remember anything now, imagine back then. My memory doesn’t go back there. I probably say I was happy with them and that I decided to keep them here.

The only issue I have with this service provider is that they are automated on the internet. No contact with a person. They set up appointments without initial consent. They just show up. The dude that show up is extremly friendly and does go into great detail in wiping down spider webs..

They were punctual, easy to work with. They did the job well and worked around my children/pets using environmentally friendly (milder) pesticides. They came out again for a reapplication when it seemed the one was needed before the warranty had expired.

Service provider was friendly, helpful, & thorough. Ants were gone for about one week then back again. I ended up using borax, peanut butter, & sugar placed in jar lids where our pet could not access. The ants as well as roaches did not return after this treatment.

They used an organic spray to spray the exterior of home and blocked the entry way of where the bees were coming in. They were really great.

Great, they explained how ants work and that the treatment has to be on the outside to stop them from coming in. They also treated inside and the ants were gone within about a week. They had explained it would take a bit. They did decrease over that week's time and now they have still not come back. about 4 months later.

I got my initial service on 9/14/16 and it is clearly evident that they have improved my problem after monitoring for about 1 month. Quay, the technician, was excellent. He explained things very well and was attentive to all the issues raised.
