Everything went fine. There was a guarantee of a few months. Provider called when that was about to expire and asked if there were any problems. We had him return and spray again. No problems since. He offered a long term contract but was not pushy and was polite when I declined.

Right off the bat, this company was fabulous. I had previously used them for an ant problem that was taken care of immediately and I haven't seen an ant since. I was very concerned about treatment since I have 2 indoor/outdoor dogs who get into EVERYTHING. They assured me that their treatment was safe.....my dogs were totally fine. I recently called in again to ask about services for our rental home and they were able to fit me in the same day. The customer service representative could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and thorough about explaining what he was doing and what I could do myself to reduce the critters in my home. It's been a long time since I was this happy with a service!

The technician who came out was professional and knowledgeable. He took his time answering my questions. Even though it has only been a week since the first bug treatment, I have not seen any more spiders or roaches inside the house. I plan to have them come out on a scheduled basis to see how it goes.

Do to rain we had to reschedule a couple of times. The lawn treatment needs dry weather to be completed so that was a little inconvenient but there staff was professional and made rescheduling a breeze.

Service man was nice, but did not work for me, I still get bitten a lot.

Looked great when complete. However, they were supposed to provide me with a before and after picture and I never received it. I will soon be listed my home and it would have been great to have this in a packet with all other services we have done, such as all new vinyl windows, new flooring, new roof, new HVAC, etc.

The company was prompt to come and did as they said they would do. We have not had any further problems with pests.

Very professional and pleasant people. We haven't had any bugs.

We still had roaches after the application and still do today, several months later. I was recently contacted to schedule recurring service, but could not justify since the first treatment was not effective.

I have been so pleased with their service that I have added additional coverage.

The day of everything went great. They were on time and actually fun to have while they were treating the inside of the home. Unfortunately the prevention only lasted about 3-4 days. Ants were back in my home and outside in the yard where they had been before. I waited the two weeks they claimed for full prevention and then bought pesticide from home depot and did it my self for $16.

We were very pleased with our service and the technician, Richard. We had all of our questions answered thoroughly and professionally. It was a very hot day, yet the technician took the time to show me what pest control needs he saw inside and outside the home and how they should be treated. He walked around the area with me to answer my questions. I will use this company again.

We had an outstanding experience. LaRyan was the technician. He was punctual, very courteous, efficient and knowledgable. He explained what he did and why he did it. He made some recommendations to keep the critters at bay. He called back a few days later to ask if we had any concerns or needed any follow up. We signed a continuing service agreement for pest and termite control and have no qualms about a continuing relationship with this company.

It was average. I had prepaid for that.

They did a passable job. I don't think their product is any better. I was still getting ants. I finally went to the store and got some of those little ant baits and stuck one of those in there at the back of my kitchen cabinet. They were prompt, they came out, they were courteous, and gave us an Angie's List discount. It's the same stuff we could do ourselves but more of a sale factor. They came out very quickly when I asked them. They were here the next day.

It's fine. It was pretty quick. I have no complaints about them.

Was told that the treatment would last about 3 weeks. Within less than a week had ants infestation again. Called for follow up including e-mail about what was done and quote, but to date no email. Spoke to two persons who took my information, but no follow up correspondence. Quite frankly I strongly believe this to be a rip off. Chose them due to great reviews, but I have been profoundly disappointed. Problem has continued to persist, except that I am devoid of $169. Will not recommend.

It was phenomenal. The best guy came out. I couldn't have gotten a better deal from a "Big Deal".

Without a doubt the technician who showed up was the nicest, most professional service person I have met in a long, long, time. I believe his name was Laramie (spelling?). He is a great representative for Triangle Pest Control. Give that young man a raise and the day off! ##

Went well. they sprayed the house and yard and left a couple ant bates and explained how to use them.

We had a great experience with Triangle Pest Control. Our home is in a very wooded neighborhood, which attracts a lot of bugs and they find their way into the house. Within one day of them spraying we noticed a difference in the amount of bugs we would see around the house. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. I had no hesitation in letting him into the house and to spray around the house unsupervised. It was also nice to know their products are eco friendly and ok to use around pets, especially since we have three dogs. I felt that they provided a great and affordable service and even have continued with Triangle Pest Control to provide routine pest prevention.

The entire experience was wonderful. They got here on time, spent time explaining about carpenter bees and what they would us and how it worked to kill the. Very professional

This was a one-time treatment of our new home. We had a problem with spiders and asked specifically for treatment of that problem. Fortunately, the service was guaranteed for 30 days, as we had a recurring problem within that timeframe. They came out and retreated our home free of charge. We were much happier after the second visit.

Their products worked as they said they would. This has been a problem for quite a while and it looks like they solved it.
