Description of Work: We are now under contract to provide lawn and garden service and maintenance. Strauss provided a reasonable estimate for fertilization, mulch purchase and application, weed control and lawn maintenance for the season. One nice aspect is the fact that they accept a monthly fee for their service throughout the season from March through November. They also accept major credit/debit cards for payment and set up a monthly date for the processing of each payment.

+ -1 moreContract was signed in mid-March. The brothers have been here several times to spread and/or spray weedkiller. One day I found both of them on all fours hand weeding my flower beds. They brought in and spread mulch last week. They're always cheerful, always polite, and have both indicated their desire to whip my place into shape. I really appreciate that attitude.
Description of Work: After finding company on Angie's List, telephoned to ask for an estimate for continuing care of my very weedy and unkempt lawn and flower beds. Needs weeding, aerating, seeding, mulching, etc., on a continuing basis to get lawn into shape after several years of neglect. Owner, Steve Strauss, was very polite, very professional, and made it obvious he knew exactly what was needed. Came by a day or so later, and shortly after emailed his estimate for each of the services they could perform. Had several telecoms with him and/or his brother, they assured me that I could pick as many or as few of the services I wanted or could afford, and I signed a contract to pay them $63/month for a year of lawn care.

Description of Work: Twice a month lawn mowing. But they do landscaping and everything else.
