After a frozen pipe flooded my finished basement, I called Jonathan as he came highly recommended by a neighbor. Jonathan and his team were quick to respond and very professional. They removed the water, damaged walls and carpets to prevent mold, which as a father with young children was very important to me. After "drying out" the basement Jonathan and his team returned and restored by basement, it now looks better than the original. I could not be happier with the work they completed, they were able to turn a horrible and stressful situation around. I am fortunate that my neighbor recommended them to me and I highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of restoration work.

After drying out the area the team returned and repaired my basement - it now looks better than it did before the flood. I cannot thank Jonathan and his team enough for the way they turned a horrible situation around. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs restoration services.

Started off great with the crew showing up promptly and working with us to diagnose the extent of the damage using moisture meters and removing sheetrock and keeping moldings intact. Damage was limited to ceiling and walls as we cut off water to the house soon after we discovered the leak the night before. Reconstruction was also well done. The problems began with the cleanup. The company states that they use green products. Simple Green and Pledge Wood Floor Commercial cleaner are not green products as they contain numerous volatile organic compounds and proprietary formulations. We found this out afterwards the as the crew insisted at the time that the products are environmentally friendly. Both parties thereafter attempted to remove the aroma and the film with vinegar and water without success. My wife and I contacted the manufacturers to discover how to best remove the products (ammonia solution / rubbing alcohol) while the vendor left an air purifier with a HEPA filter in the then semi-sealed space. That HEPA cleaner was not going to do anything to remove the contamination as it is the wrong filter for chemicals. You would think a restoration company would know that. They applied the rubbing alcohol / dish soap solution as per SC Johnson's instructions. Unfortunately, I am now dealing with chemical sensitivities (eustacian tube dysfunction) in the aftermath.

Everyone they sent out was very professional. I was more than pleased with them. My neighbor's pipe broke and my floor had to be replaced. They came and helped with replacing the floors and were very thorough. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.
