 + -1 moreReliable Sanitation is an awesome company! My previous sanitation service skipped me at least once a week, and no matter how many times I called with my concerns, their service never improved. I fortunately changed to Reliable Sanitation and am so happy with their service. They have never missed a pick-up, not once! They are so much more dependable than my previous provider, and the owner and staff are professional, efficient, and so nice. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Description of Work: We'll this complaint isn't so much about the service received, but rather the service we didn't. During the bad winter weather, the service provider skipped our neighborhood for the week. This resulted in having to haul some traqsh to the county drop-off location near here as 2 weeks without service, Things piled up and were causing issues. No big deal...right? do what you have to do...right? well, when I called Pam (owner) she took offense to my suggestion that I should not ask for $5.00 (weekly rate) reduction on my monthly bill. She felt that since gives good service otherwise, we should just overlook, in spite the fact that I had to take the overload from missed service to local dump. According to her, that doesn't matter. In fact, at merely asking mad her so angry, that she picked up my refuse can the next week without warning and decided not to do business with me as if she is the only game in town. This is all fine and well, as I was able to get a cheaper rate from her competition. Only problem now, she was set on auto-draft from bank account and was paid to the end of the month....lets see if I get a refund $$ on the unused portion. So beware, they expect payment for service not rendered.
