They were the best! They had great design ideas and worked with us to control costs. Rob was there in the mornings to make sure his crew knew what to do that day and often he was there at the end of the day to check on things. He made sure our neighbors were okay with their trucks in the neighborhood. It was a very good experience. I highly recommend RB Landscaping!

Excellent! RB Landscaping was very professional in looking at all aspects of the job with quality and design at the forefront of their perspective. They listened to our requirements and improved upon them to our delight. We had 5 companies provide on-site consultations and received their estimates (down-selected from 10-12 we interviewed over the phone). We felt RB Landscaping thought of things that other companies did not and always had an eye for what was right structurally and aesthetically. The team foreman communicated well with us each day in a two-way conversation; the owner performed quality control checks often; and the workers were very polite and hard working. We got what we expected - quality, professionalism, and a wonderfully landscaped house at a fair price. We will be continuing to use RB Landscaping for future projects. We highly recommend them.

They did a thorough job but the cost came in high. I got 4 or 5 different quotes.

I was extremely pleased with the recent work that RB Landscaping performed for us. They provided a creative design for a patio on our sloping yard and closed in an area underneath our porch. The schedule they provided was on time and efficiently done. The work crew was professional, efficient, and cleaned the area each day. I will say that the patio and enclosure exceeded my expectations. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

After reading the great reviews on Angie's List, RB Landscaping was the company I really wanted to do business with. We got off to a bit of a rough start when the first appointment was missed because it was inadvertently placed on their calendar. But, I sensed that the apology was sincere and I really liked Matt Herring so I hired him and provided a down payment. He explained that they would not plant anything during the heat of the summer as they guarantee their plants for one year, but that they would schedule the job for Sept. That was fine since the pool was still being installed anyway. When Sept arrived, however, I received an email indicating that our job was being shifted to the end of October! I was really, really disappointed and requested our deposit be refunded as I planned to hire someone who could do the work sooner than that. Matt contacted me immediately, understood my dilemma, and arranged to get our job scheduled for Sept 13-15th. The job itself was extended to the 16th as well because we added additional trees, the curbing, and mulching to the original invoice. They have a policy that they do not leave a job until it's DONE -- very refreshing after experiencing constant delays with the pool installation. We had a slight disagreement with the number and size of boulders added to the landscape, but as soon as we discussed this with Rob, the owner, he said he would provide additional rocks as soon as they were finished with the home shows. True to his word, we came home from running errands one evening to find at least 10 more boulders placed in our yard... we were only expecting three! Rob and Matt are both class acts! It is not always easy to find contractors who care about their reputation more than their bottom line. I also have to say that the landscaping is beautiful! And, the drainage systems and dry river beds were installed just in time for Hurricane Matthew! It was almost fun to watch the rain water race down those river beds to the ditch! Those river beds are both attractive and functional!

RB Landscaping proposed a thorough drainage solution, including a french drain as well as a solid drainage pipe that tied in downspouts and a box drain for driveway runoff. Further, since the area was narrow and shaded, they proposed a decorative rock streambed. All turned out great and it has already been put to the test with Hurricane Matthew. In addition, they did a great job with stone edging around a separate landscaping bed. They also mulched all landscaping beds, even those not involved in the job or quoted. Everything was left clean and freshened up!

The installation took about a week. Each step of the process was carefully thought out and you could see the progress each day. This garden was a long time coming and we saved for a long time for it. It was definitely worth it and money well spent. You can definitely see the experience and craftsman ship of this company and my wife and I are planning to use them again to build a patio in our back yard. Everyone for this company was very nice and approachable and there were days we didn't even know they were out there working until we left the house or came home. We thank R & B very much for making this such a pleasant experience. It was a very personal project for my wife and seeing her so pleased with it has meant a lot. We understand that for a lot of different reasons finding, and choosing a reliable company can be rather stressful, but seriously R & B took a lot of that worry away.

Twice we scheduled for them to do work for us 1) building deck 2) landscaping and Matt from RB came and then that was it. He sId he would send estimate and never heard from them again.

Contacted RB on 4/19, was told 4/20 salesman will contact me. Salesman contacted me on 4/23 to set up time/date for estimate which was for 4/29. On 4/29 at 4 pm. which was our schedule appointment I waited for the salesman, after an hour with absolutely no contact I gave up waiting for the salesman. No call or any contact to cancel or anything. Not what I call be responsive to a customer.

They did a great job, on time and very professional. No surprises.

This company came out for an initial visit, listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, and got back a quote within a couple days. We were put on schedule sooner than expected and the work started on the day promised . The workers were professional, neat, and did a great cleanup job on site. The job was completed in the amount of time promised at time of quote. I could not imagine a better experience for a type of project that usually has some sort of issues. I would not hesitate recommending or using this company in the future.

Awesome! Rob does all the work at my house and this is my THIRD major project with his company. Rob is hands on, does HIGH QUALITY work, is always on time, cleans up the job site, and is very respectful of my property. In addition, you can tell Rob your "vision" and he always nails it. If you need hard scrapes installed, this is the company you have to use. You will not regret your decision.

Rob was great to work with. He outlined our vision for our patio, discussed all that he and his crew would do and then totally did the job as promised. As a matter of fact, they even did a little extra by creating some surrounding beds and adding some mulch. Great communication with Rob and Rebecca before, during, and after. We are really pleased with our patio, feel confident that Rob backs his work and would use him again in the future.

This is a top notch company. The employees were all very professional, they showed up when they said they would, and completed the job as we planned. There were some changes that I requested as we got started and these were met with ease This is not the cheapest company out there, but the most professional and I felt confident that the job would get done in a professional and timely manner, with quality results, and I was right!

Rob went above and beyond in his service. He showed up on time as promised. There was a rain delay and one of his workers was out sick, but they still completed the project in less than a week. My neighbors and I have watched similar projects take several weeks/months in our community. Rob and his crew were very professional and courteous in all transactions. The finished product is well constructed for drainage and absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend RB Landscaping!!!

Rob came on time for the scheduled appointment and sent the quote on time. He showed up with his crew on the date the project was scheduled to start and they worked hard every day and every one the guys was polite and friendly and very helpful. They even worked two Saturdays to get the job done! We are very happy with the work they did- it was a big job! We highly recommend them and would gladly use them again for future projects!
