Approximately half of the centipede grass in our front yard is now gone/dead. Prolawn would come out and fertilize/treat our yard but provided no feedback or recommendations with respect to why the health of our lawn deteriorated so much. A small amount of the grass died after the 2013/2014 winter, then much more after the 2014/2015 winter. When I questioned the guys coming to treat our yard, they could not answer questions and referred me to someone more knowledgeable within the company. We discontinued Prolawn services and weren't even asked why. We've since consulted with two additional lawncare companies, learning we should have been keeping the grass shorter and that improper fertilization and/or use of pre-emergents on centipede can lead to the results we've seen. We're now going to have to spend a lot of money to rebuild our front lawn and we very likely would not be in this situation if we'd used a different lawncare company from the start.

They have good responsiveness. They were on time.

It was good. It's a good value. If we have questions the owners will call you right back. The technicians are very polite. Our lawn looks wonderful.

We've had ProLawn for our lawn chemicals for about two years. Overall, they've done a great job of giving us advice about what to plant where, managing various problems that crop up, and getting our yard growing where it needs to.

This provide said to right things in signing us up for services. The price for services were competitive. However, our experience was terrible. Most of plants and flowers planted as part of the landscaping service died while ProLawn served as our lawn care service provider. Refund for labor was not provided when requested. Weeds issues were not addressed proactively.

We have been customers of Prolawn for 2 years now. They come about every other week to mow and edge our lawn (.25 acres). They have always been prompt, professional, and very good. My husband deals with them more than I as he pays the bill every month (via email) and has never mentioned any issues. I sent a quick email last October to suspend service until the spring. I sent another email this past April to resume service. The transition was seamless and easy!!

Phenominal, they were outstanding and really knew their stuff.

This is second time I had the shrubs around house trimmed by Mark/ProLawn. First time was back in Jan 2013. Great job both times. Very thorough, neat, professional work. In fact, I have now hired them for lawn treatment as well. Only quirck was the credit card payment system on their site is via a third party that does not have very smooth flow.

I've been using ProLawn for 3 years. Prior to that I had used two national brand companies. There is no comparison! Having the same person service my lawn has allowed them to customize my treatments and adjust as I put in different landscaping or building projects. I have a half-acre that includes a fairly steep ditchline on one side and it all stays healthy and weed free. We have two dogs and feed songbirds, so it is important to us that the products used on our lawn are wildlife friendly. We've had no problems at all.

Great service, i couldn't be happier. The guys turn up on time each week. They do a great job of cutting, edging etc. The grass always looks great after they have been. Price is very reasonable. They have modern, fast lawn mowers that zip though the cutting very quickly. They also have multiple guys working at the same time, which means they are fast They also cut my mother-in-laws grass, and no complaints there either.

They've got me set up on a seasonal basis, whatever needs to be done for the fertilization at that particular point and it's $49 per visit. It can vary as to how many times a year it is.

Mark came out the next day after contacting him via email. He walked the yard with me, took notes and gave me an estimate on the spot. I contacted him later that day to schedule a time, and he worked with my schedule since I wanted to be there when the work was performed. Mark came with his crew and remembered all the details I had given him regarding how I wanted the shrubs trimmed. His crew leader was very attentive that the other guys were trimming everything exactly the way I wanted it done. They were on time, very professional, cleaned up the yard nicely and only took two hours for all the work! I am very satisfied with the quality of the work performed. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

When they first came, Mark came to the door and introduced himself and then at the end left my invoice with me. It has been really easy to contact him by both phone and email and service has been very responsive.

Excellent job done by this crew! It was very cold that day so I am especially appreciative of their work. The work was overdue and it took them almost 2.5 hours. Cleaned up everything and overall, did a great job.

Their crew was quick and thorough of our yard/garden clean up. They weeded, trimmed, raked the debris they creaed, and hauled everything away. They left our yard looking very nice.

Their pricing is fair, the owner is prompt, very responsive and since I'm a remote customer he sends me pictures on any projects he complete's. Having dealt with unreliable services before I'm very happy to have found ProLawn and recommend them to anyone that wants their work done right the first time. Above all else the owner is very honest. He will always be my first choice for lawn care in the Raleigh area.

Mark was extremely responsive shortly after my initial phone call for an estimate. Within 5 days, all of the work agreed upon was done and completed. Excellent job, pleasant workers, professional job and will continue to use them for all our landscaping needs. Highly, highly recommended.
