Description of Work: We have two units, one was not cooling well. So, a technician came down and inspected it and let us know that our coil needed to be replaced and the compressor was also dead so needed to be replaced. He quoted us $4000 for this. Upon negotiations, he said that he would also service the other unit for us in the same price, basically throw in a free service. We felt like the extra service made the whole thing worth it and decided not to look at other options/businesses and asked them to go ahead. They came and fixed the first unit, but never serviced the other. We have called the technician (JD) who negotiated this with us multiple times but he has not responded. Disappointed that they did not do what they promised to, and have ignored our calls.

Overall, good experience.
Description of Work: I had an energy audit done to determine whether i needed to have my ducts sealed. since my home is new, they guy said i really didn't need to but suggested several other things i should do to increase efficiency. i was really impressed that they didn't try to sell me things i didn't need. the guy seemed really honest and i would certainly call them when i need work done.

Description of Work: Ideal Services installed a new combined heating and A/C unit. They did a very neat job, even on the ground around the unit. The positive reports here on Angie's List encouraged me to go with this company, and I am glad I did. I will continue to call on them for future maintenance service.
