"This garage project review has many false statements. We are professional company that communicated with the client on a regular basis. We give time frames of when we will be conducting work and due to the nature of this work type of work scheduling can often be subject to change with a reasonable span of time. The price was adjusted due to the clients requests while the project was being conducted. Additions from initial estimate include but are not limited to gables, additional electrical and plumbing work, upgraded trim out, soil grading, removal of materials from other contractors. The time schedule was extended due to weather and availability of sub-contractors. We actually started this project mid August 2013 and finished mid October. Total job time was about 9 weeks to build a garage from concept to finished project. The permitting process is a complicated set of guidelines every contractor must adhere to it is very common for re-inspections to occur in the commission of our work. Many homeowners do not understand the process, which is why we are hired to not only conduct the project, but also to insure that all facets of construction comply with local, state. and national building codes.We have also made repeated attempts to repair a leak around the garage door seal which the client communicated is the only outstanding issue. This client also worked for my company on temporary basis and was dismissed as a subcontractor January of 2014."
