John was great , first he was the only home inspector that quickly returned my call for a inspection four days after the call, he was very thorough and professional , send the report the day after the inspection and with the things he found that needed to be fixed we quickly got our money back...I really recommend John Hagan , we will use him before we close on our new house.

John Hagan was a very thorough individual that uncovered an number of maintenance issues that the current home owners neglected on their house. He's certainly not the cheapest, but as an ex-retro permit guy he knows his stuff and certainly worth his value. I would definitely recommend him to anyone purchasing an older home.
