Great experience from first contact. Jake had his team scheduled within a week of receiving quote. His team quickly knocked out several projects. Most importantly when I wrote a check for more than he quoted he called to explain my error. I'll be having them back for more projects.

Grounds Elite was responsive to my request for service. Arrived when they said they would, for both the estimate and the work. They did exactly what I asked them to do, did it really well and were very agreeable when I asked them to adjust a task. I have already lined them up to return and will continue to do so.
