Description of Work: They steam cleaned all the carpets in my townhouse, including the stairs. I needed to get it done quickly, and they were very responsive. They did a very good job with the cleaning itself. One room in particular had heavy pit and human foot traffic, and I was concerned they wouldn't be able to get it clean but they did. They were quick too. I was very pleased with how quickly and easily this went.

+ -1 moreMr Ericson and his son actually arrived 15 minutes early (a nice surprise) and got right to work. They moved small pieces of furniture to clean underneath and put plastic squares under the feet of items so the damp carpet wouldn't get marked from the wooden or metal furniture legs. Mr Ericson was right on when he said how long it would take for the carpets to dry. He and his son were very professional and pleasant to deal with. They even watched out for our two cats, making sure they didn't scoot out the front door while it was open to accommodate the hoses. I would most definitely use his services again.

+ -1 morePaul and his son were very prompt, cleaned the carpets quickly and everything was done professionally and with care. Unlike some of the other carpet cleaners on here that I have seen, Paul moved small furniture and also cleaned into corners and in other places where there really is no foot traffic. No shortcuts and they were in and out in an hour. Very happy with the job they did and can recommend them without hesitation.

I was amazed at the before and after. He did a great job. Showed up on time with his son and was first-class throughout the whole process. I recommend.

+ 0 moreAs we get ready for our Annual Super Bowl Party, we wanted everything to look polished. Paul arrived on time and did a spectacular job. We added on a couple of extra areas than we had originally asked for and he got it all done. While we have had the carpets cleaned before this was the first time for the grout. It looks new and in all the places except where apparently there was some old sealant. We will have it touched up later. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the fair price. We will definitely be calling again. And we are ready for the Party!

Description of Work: Outstanding job provided by the owner Paul and his son. They have show up on time they did what they said they gonna do and the owner, Mr. Paul was very polite and extremely professional. Even though my address was far away from his normal business area Paul provided me with an estimate right over the phon and once at my place he DID NOT try to upsale or add anything to the original estimate as other carpet cleaning companies usually do. I was VERY IMPREST with the quality of work him and his son performed and I will GLADLY recommend his Company to everyone who is looking for a honest and extremely professional service.

They were a few minutes late, but had called before to let me know. The owner and an assistant did the work and they were very professional and thorough. Even though tile and grout cleaning was not part of the special, he included it in the total price. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in 3 bedrooms and our family room and also cleaned kitchen tile and grout.

Paul recently bought John Hurst's Carpet Cleaning which I had used previously. The new owner does as good a job as John Hurst has in the past.
