Very pleased. Some areas on white carpeting had been stained where dog prefers to sleep, and cleaned beautifully. And carpets dried quickly. Everything looks great. Highly recommend.

He showed up early and took care of a 2,000 sq ft, 4 bedroom house and he did an excellent job and went above and beyond cleaning the entire house in just a couple of hours!

Paul was great. He fit me into his schedule so that I could have the carpets cleaned prior to my move in day. He was on time (actually early). He didnt upsell anything - I asked about stainguard and he was honest about the type of carpet i had not needing it. He and his son did a good job - the previous owners of the home i purchased had a dog and after the cleaning of the carpets, you could not tell at all. Great business

It went great! They were on time, fast, and efficient. They cleaned the carpets so well in our rental house that the property manager thought that we had purchased new carpet! (The carpet was in horrible condition when we moved in.) I would hire them again without reservation and recommend them to everyone I know!

The overall experience and quality of service were quite good. The customer service or contact with them was very straightforward. They were very helpful and the price was very good, competitive and clearly structured. First they did an overall assessment of the area I had to clean. They then gave us a quote on the area to clean.

They were very kind and good people. They were really fast and did a good job upstairs. However, downstairs there was a big stain. When they left it looked like the stain was gone, but then it appeared again.

Great service. This is a family business and Paul does a great job to get all the spots out. He usually brings one of his sons, which is great, to pass along the work ethic and knowledge. I've used them a few times and always been very happy with the results.

!He steam cleaned our carpets on a new purchase recently. The carpets were in rough shape. He turned nasty soiled older carpet into fresh and clean and now has a newer appearance. He and his son were on time and very nice. He accomdating all of our needs. Well, we're new to the area and just bought a house so I wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in and I needed it done within the week not a week or two later. So I called and the customer service on the phone to set the appointment was very professional and prompt. He had a date available two days later. In addition, they gave a courtesy call so I could leave work and meet them at the house which was a big help. Paul and his son were very polite, moved quickly and very detailed. After the work was done, he noted that the previous owners had pets, probably cats and were able to remove the stained areas. This was a big plus as my daughter and I are allergic to cats so that would not have been a warm welcome to our new home. I would highly recommed and use again in the future. Great job!!
