Description of Work: Arrived promptly. Discussed everything they could do to clean stains and smells as well as what they could not do. They were professional and very quick. I would use them again to clean my carpets.

Description of Work: Ericsson's was great. However, they didnt realize how small my house was so he agreed to adjust price in the future. I have pets and had a soiled area that came up nicely after they cleaned it. Very pleased with results.

Description of Work: I called to have my sofa cleaned after my dog vomited on it. Paul was very professional and he returned my call promptly. He used some products to help remove the stain. The sofa looked great and smelled even better although some smell did not come out probably since it had been there a few days. I have referred a few people to him and I would definately call him again.
