Al is great. Knows his stuff, fair price, not a pushy sales person. More worried about your heating and cooling needs rather than how much extra he can get out of you. I will use him again. He is my HVAC guy.

Late Sunday evening our HVAC unit stopped working. We tried to determine the cause of the problem ourselves, with no success. We contacted Comfort Pro LLC through their website early Monday morning. Albert contacted us shortly after we did so and setup an appointment to come out that afternoon. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Albert diagnosed the issue very quickly. He checked with us before making any repairs, explained exactly what had happened, and advised us that the issue was related to a lack of regular maintenance. He fixed the issue for the cost of the service call (which he had alread reduced due to his Angie's List deal) and enrollment in their yearly maintenance service. For the cost of the maintenance service, we're still getting both of the maintenance visits, so realistically, we only paid the service call cost, which was minimal. Additionally, he identified that the condensate drain line was prone to air-lock and fixed that at no additional cost. We were very pleased with Albert's promptness, professionalism, and very friendly personality. We felt very comfortable signing up for maintenance service with his company and feel that we're in very good hands. We highly recommend using them if you have any HVAC needs.

Service was great! Cleaned everything up and gave the unit a thorough check. Found one part that needed to be replaced and got that done quickly. Overall a great service and will probably use them again for the A/C service this spring. Price above included the replacement part and the normal service fee.

It went better than I ever expected. A day earlier I had a big company come out and misdiagnosed the eventual problem and spent hours trying to sell maintenance plans and talking about buying a new hvac unit in the next year(this unit is 5 yrs old and its running great) I am so impressed with Albert of Comfort Pro that if you need someone to come to your house and let you know what you need with out trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you dont need.

Mr Beamon came to check out my hvac unit. There were a couple issues that needed to be repaired for more efficient operation. After a through explaination, he did the necessary repairs. Came back in fall and went over my heating unit. I will call Mr Beamon back. His professionalism is beyond reproach. And, he is justt a bice gentleman.

so far so good. I'm planning on having Albert perform the work on our lower unit next year.

It used to take 1 1/2 hours to dry a load of towels, so I had called for service. I had just had the dryer checked by another company and they replaced the sensor and told me it would not work until I either replaced the vent or had it blown out for $150. Imagine my delight when he replaced it and my towels were dry in less than an hour! That not only saves on electricity but also doesn't put all that heat and humidity in the house for as long. He came right over the night I called to check it out and give me an estimate.and repaired it the next day after he had purchased the parts. His estimate from the night before was completely accurate. He was professional, very polite, timely and cleaned up completely after. I would totally use him again and intend to. He performed my system checks for my heat and air conditioning for the 3 years I have had my new system and I'll be using his company for this service twice a year now.

They are really great. I initially called them out just for maintenance, and I compared them to what another company was offering, and they did much more work. They did twice a year maintenance for $149 a year. In my past experience with heating and air, when they came out for maintenance, they never lifted the lid off the unit outside, and cleaned it. They may look in it, and check it or whatever, and he thoroughly cleaned. He went up in the attic, and checked the indoor unit. He was extremely thorough. I was very pleased. I bought a package from him, so he will come back for the winter maintenance for the heat. He was extremely professional, very personable, and I checked on him a couple of times, and he was patient, and he explained everything that he was doing. The maintenance was superb for $149, and he showed me other things, that he ended up doing other things as well. A piece was missing from the unit, and he showed me that, and said that there was no pressure, and what could happen if there was a power outage. The piece that was missing should have popped, and there should have been pieces in there, so whoever came out last, cleaned it or vacuumed it, but never told me that the part was missing. I got his cards, and told everybody at work about him. He came out early, and called and asked if it was a good time, or if he should wait for me.

Albert Beamon III came to my home and did a very thorough assessment of my heating and air conditioning system. He explained the size unit I would need, he explained the duct work, he explained why he recommended the unit he chose. He was able to save me several thousand dollars compared to a prior estimate. He was present through the entire installation and inspection.
