Alexander Services was quick to respond to my request to have a gas leak repaired. They came at the top of the arrival window that was given to me and immediately went to work. Tim asked me what the problem was, made an assessment and after I agreed to the quote; went to work. Within 1 hour Tim and Ahmad completed the job. I am very happy with the work. They cleaned up everything and were on their way.

They completed the task. No leaking in the 2 areas. They only sealed the pipe when I asked for a replacement and they didn't restore the drywall that was cut. But the problem was solved

Everything went well and up-to-code.

Repair person didn’t have the parts but came back the next morning with the parts and completed the job to our satisfaction.

I called them out to fix my heat. The guy who came out was super friendly and quick to identify the problem. A bad inducer motor. It was 105.11 for them to come out which was fine as they credit it it to the repairs. Unfortunately their repair cost was unreasonable, the quote after the diagnostic refund for the motor was 909.91. This is a 200 part that they're charging almost 1000 to diagnose and replace. I called the company after the tech left and asked if the could break down the quote, provide a time frame of replacement, any possible discounts and a couple of other questions and they said they would call me back. It's the next day and I have already purchased, received, and replaced the motor myself for $280 including the next day air shipping before they have called me back. Price gouging at it's finest and poor customer service to not return the customers call. I could be sitting here cold waiting for your call back for all you know.

I will only use Alexander Services in the future and whats so great is they offer all types of services. I thought I needed a plumber but it turned out to be HVAC and they worked together. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything!

Hunter, Steven and Brandon did an amazing job! Not only did they perform the needed improvements but Hunter and Steven took a moment to help us get to know our new home and how to find emergency shut offs for safety. I would 100% hire them again without question. 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our tankless water heater wasn't working. They were at my home within an hour of when I called them, even though it wasn't an emergency. Fixed it promptly at an incredibly reasonable price. They will be my go-to plumbing service from this point forward.

Alexander was an absolute nightmare. We did two installs with them as the first one was rocky (the workers dropped the unit down our attic stairs) but they made it right... the second install was awful - beyond awful - and it failed the Wake County Inspection due to a gas leak in my home. THEN... to make things even better, almost 4 years AFTER these two nightmares we get an e-mail that they're auditing their 2017 records and need to return again to our home because the permitting with the county was not done properly - so we get to deal with them once more. Pushy salespeople, overpriced when we comparison shopped, horrible installation experiences, and clearly not any bookkeeping or record keeping that I would ever wish to deal with again.

Job went very well. Jeremiah arrived on scheduled time, installed 3 new vanity faucets for a very fair and reasonable price. Jeremiah was very personable, looked a few other plumbing concerns and quickly fixed a noisy toilet valve. We definitely recommend Alexander HVac and Plumbing and will use them again.

I contacted Alexander Heating and Air to fix my water heater on Wednesday and they were scheduled to arrive on Friday. The team of two arrived on time with smiles on their faces. The heater's Pressure Reducing/Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) valve was bad and caused my whole house water pressure to be very low. Also, I had excessive water trickling on the garage floor from the overflow pipe (due to a defective expansion tank. It’s the expansion tank’s job to take on this “extra” water caused by thermal expansion). Jeremiah, who did most of the talking explained what was going wrong with my heater, explained my options, provided an estimate, and explained that my specific water heater was about at the age that it will likely need replacing. It was good to know as I can now get my finances in order to eventually get a new one. He even explained financing options to me should I want a new heater and need financing. The two were friendly (did I mention Jeremiah is a Veteran), knowledgeable, worked quickly in the heat (they had to go under my house), and cleaned up and were finished in no time. The price charged was very reasonable, especially considering that I couldn't water the lawn properly, showers in house with low pressure was awful, water flow on garage floor would ultimately cause floor damage, and I didn't have to purchase a new water heater, yet. I really have had such good experiences with Alexander for several repairs they have made for me in the past, too My water pressure in the house is back to normal! I am more than satisfied with Jeremiah and the Alexander Heating & Air team.

Very professional, thorough job. Came in on a Saturday evening. Analyzed and fixed the hvac unit issues and air leaks. Will definitely hire them again.

They are always great. I have no problems with them. They are good. The last time Angie's list had a good deal with them, so I used them real quick. I think with Angie's list it was a $39 inspection and 1 free pound of Freon. I only was charged for an extra pound and a half of Freon. It was good the guy tried to sales pitch me some additional items such as a flotation device in case the upstairs unit leaks and it shuts off automatically, and some other things about a compactor, how it is not an efficient compactor and it could be upgraded. But I blew him off on those. Other than the extra sales pitch stuff the guy came and did what he was suppose to. I would use them again. It took about 30 minutes, and one person came out to do the work. No damages, no dirt tracked in. They used all precautions on tracking dirt into the house.

What stood out to me the most was that they were on time, helpful, respectful and efficient.

Frank Alexander was very responsive, answering my questions and providing quotes and recommendations for different system options. Once I made my final decision, I dropped off a check for the downpayment Wednesday morning, and his guys were at my house first thing Thursday morning starting the work. Everyone was very courteous and professional through the whole process. (They even send an email with the name and photo of each tech before they arrived.) They sent all the rebate and registration paperwork via email, and Frank even offered to help me with Duke/Progress rebate applications. I would definitely use them again.

I will explain about this company overall. Last year my heat pump was giving me some issues and I called one of the more advertised HVAC companies to come out for repair. When the technician showed up about 5 minutes later in comes the sales rep. They looked at it for 10 minutes and promptly told me it was time to replace the unit. Ummm, no. Just felt sleezy. So, I am commenting with a friend and he says I need to call Frank Alexander. He gave me his contact information and Frank came on out. Within 10 minutes of diagnosing he already figured out the issue and was well on the way to fixing it. I asked him if the unit needed replacing, he commented and quot;it's just getting broke inand quot;. What a relief!!! The folks here are exceptionally kind and professional. This will always be the company I use for HVAC repairs and I recommend them to anyone who ever asks.

Frank Alexander is one of the best HVAC service people we have ever used. Our upstairs unit had been limping along for a couple of years, and he knew that we didn't have the funds to replace it right now so he has come out every May or June and serviced each unit and added Freon to the upstairs unit. Frank was on time, personable, professional, and quick. He tells us exactly what is needed and gives us a couple of options so we can pick what we can afford. We trust Frank's assessment of the situation every time and appreciate that he gives us more than one option so we can make the best decision for our situation.

Our HVAC unit stopped working because of a factory defect in the middle of a very hot summer. Frank Alexander and Co. were extremely flexible - they fit us into their busy schedule and had us up and running in no time. They worked with the manufacturer, and gave us a fair price. Their staff member was very knowledgeable and professional, and explained the problem to us well. In addition, they have a great notification system where the customer automatically gets an email with the name and picture of the staff member when they are on their way, which is a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend their services.

We called Alexander Heating and Air after having another company be a and quot;no showand quot; for an appointment we had set up the day prior. Alexander was at our house within 30 minutes and had our unit up and running within 15. Couldn't ask for faster, friendlier or more professional service!! Highly recommended!
