Description of Work: They did a work on the 2 residence that I own, which they installed a vinyl floor flooring on the living room and same goes to the other residence. They did a work on my home as well. The railing on the porch was broken, which they repaired it. They fixed the sidings as well.

The neighbors in the condo were impressed by his thoughtfulness, as he tried to keep the noise down when possible, & cleaned up after work every day. He installed 2 ceiling fans + the electric running to them, switched out all of the lighting, put in a new bath vanity & fixtures, new medicine cabinets, & bath storage, & painted the walls & woodwork. I was able to pay him online, which was great.
