Mark was extremely responsive. I contacted him, we worked out the details, and the next day he went to work. No issue was too small, and no question was ignored. He went above and beyond what I expected. Just to give you an example of the type of service we received - We copied him on an email about a casual meeting we were going to have with the builder, and Mark showed up. We didn't ask him to, he just took it upon himself. If I had to sum up the experience: He was professional, took the job very serious, and was definitely a great advocate to have in my corner. If you are building a new home, do not believe that the city inspector is going to find everything that is wrong with the home. They are looking to make sure that things are up to code, not necessarily that things are done the way you want them. Mark's services are worth every penny, and I would recommend them to anyone building or buying a home.
