The movers showed up at the scheduled time. We discussed what items they would move and which they would leave. Once we went through the house they got to work. I have used several movers and I just want to emphasize how impressed I was with the work that was done. There was not one item that was damaged, not one. It is expected in a move to have maybe one or two things damaged, but nothing was. These three gentleman took care of my stuff as if it was theirs and I am very grateful for that. The other thing that was impressive was that they did not damage any walls at the old place or new moving the furniture in and out. These men were truly professional. Finally, they gave me a binding estimate not to exceed a certain dollar amount and they came in under budget. Imagine that!! I would like to thank Triangle Moving service for helping me with my move. I will defiantly use you for any of my future moving needs.

It was a tough move. It took 2 trips with the truck, but they hung in there, working a 14 hour day to get it all done. They were very focused on meeting my expectations. Honestly, they exceeded them. Very careful with items.

The team was great - hard-working, quick, and careful. We have a lot of unusual metal items and artwork, and these guys lifted it all like champs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers!

The movers were untrained, and unprofessional. They damaged many items of furniture, requiring us to hire an independent service to repair many items. The movers had no idea what they were doing, and seemed to be a bunch of inexperienced young guys without any knowledge of furniture or how to safeguard its moving. In addition, they showed no regard for walls in either home, leaving damage on many walls that required repainting and in some cases, refinishing (wood doors) and resurfacing (drywall). When we documented the damages and filed the appropriate claim paperwork, we were paid only 10% of the damage estimate, and told to claim the rest on our homeowners insurance policy. In addition, at one point, one of these young inexperienced movers nearly yelled at my wife over her indecision about where a specific item should finally be placed. He was condescending and inappropriate in his remarks, and had to come back later to apologize. My wife and I feel it was merely a reflection of his lack of customer service training and just another reflection of this company's utilization of untrained strongmen for the job. These movers are inexpensive, but you get what you pay for! We would NEVER recommend them to anyone and hope that anyone reading this review will choose NOT to use them for the sake of their furniture's, and their home's, safety. Do yourself a favor and stay CLEAR of this company!

Donna answered all my questions (and I had a lot). My timeline was moved twice, but again Donna came through for me. She was very helpful and professional and able to reschedule my move on very short notice. As for the move team, I cannot say enough positive things about them. Kevin, Carl and Clyde were friendly, professional and efficient ~ even with the pouring rain they had to work through. These guys were a pleasure to work with and I will not hesitate to hire them again!! Thanks again guys!!!

We feel very lucky to have been able to get such a capable crew on Sunday. Judge, Kevin, and Adrian were careful, courteous, and very good sports about our move - which was a much larger job than we realized. The PackRat had to be packed very tightly because it was a little small for the purpose, but the men got it all in there. We were pretty stressed about the move in general and the positive attitude of the men (working on Sunday, big move, very hot day) was greatly appreciated. We appreciated their attention to detail and care they took with many antiques and with the houses themselves. We would recommend them to friends and will use them again if needed.

they called before they came. were right on time. set up a ramp from my front door to the truck door and loaded and delivered all my furniture to the storage unit in two hours. no complaints.

Triangle Moving did a great job moving me from Morrisville, NC to Charlotte, NC. They called before they showed up and they were polite and moved everything with care. The price was a little more but they were very professional.

The office lady was very nice, polite and professional. The crew was prompt and professional. They all had a great personality and worked very hard in a safe manner.

The mover's office maintained contact from the time of order to the moving day which was only about two weeks notice. We felt we were lucky being able to move when we wanted given the short time from contract signing to moving day. Martin and his team arrived as scheduled to start the moving process. All large items were wrapped in blankets for protection. Loading took up a little more than half the day and included delivering one piece of furniture to a house in Raleigh. They drove the shipment to the next stop (Smith Mountain Lake, VA) that evening and unloaded the items for drop off there. The next day we met them at an apartment in Richmond where the balance of the furniture was delivered. There was no damage to anything moved.

The crew was a little late, but not significantly. The quote was estimated to be $400-$500 but ended up being over $700. I have no idea if the crew was inefficient or not, but there was nothing in the move that wasn't detailed to the movers beforehand. The crew leader said afterward that that quote was just a "minimum". Of course that is not what was related to me. The crew was hard working and did minimal damage. One wall was dented, but that is to be expected.

The move was flawless, they were on time, careful with everything and I couldn't be happier with them. The whole move was done in 3 and a half hours.

They came early and stayed late. I blame most of the price on ourselves, because they had to pack everything. I mean everything. I will say again, they all were very nice and more than cooperative with my wifes added duties. They ended up calling in a extra guy to help, and still didn't finish unloading untill midnight. If you don't want to spend a lot of extra money, have everything packed and just let them do the moving. They are certainly quick, carefull and professional movers of furniture. Not the quickest packers.

The move was on a Sunday. The moverwere a bit sluggish and they took break when they're not supposed to. There were no clear message from the mover office or on Angie's list that I were suppose to print out the $25 coupon although I mentioned it to the office lady during booking that I saw the coupon in Angie's List. At the end of the move, I came to find out a printed couple is needed. The clock was still ticking while I have the coupon printed and brought from a family member living close by; so it's really no saving to me at the end. While handling this issue with the head mover, the other movers just left last few pieces of furniture in my living room on the first floor without completing the move. They have already drove off, so I have to get family member to help carry them to second floor. I had to dispute with the office manager to refund me the break time. He had to verified from two different movers to confirm my claim. He only refunded me 15 minutes section at the end. Two days after the move, I found out my wooden bed frame was broken during the move. They did send a repair company to replace the piece of wood.

These folks did a marvellous job moving both myself and my boyfriend. They were courteous and professional, careful with my belongings and my home. The only negative was that I had them pack me, also, and I was not entirely satisfied with the job they did packing me .Some things were just put into boxes in an ill-advised way. When I moved two years ago, I had a service pack me, and that service did a far better job. For moving, though, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. They were wonderful.

Triangle Moving Service were good. I would definitely recommend them. They were very experienced. They were careful. They were good at moving a grand piano. They had great expertise in that, which is really quite difficult. Like one thing was scratched, but they moved an entire house. All in all it was a good experience.

My mother's household was particularly challenging to move, as she has both heavy antique furniture and very fragile china and crystal - every piece of which arrived in perfect condition. The movers were courteous, pleasant and friendly, and customer satisfaction was a high priority for the owner, who was very professional and stood by his word. There were a few very minor glitches, as there are in every household move, but the owner addressed them immediately, and went out of his way to make sure my mother was satisfied. We were impressed by the level of customer care overall, and the price was reasonable, as well. I would definitely recommend Triangle Moving Service.

In a move be ready no matter who is helping. Their team was organized, efficient and maintained a GREAT spirit for the whole day. We love them.

I called around to several places and checked online reviews and Triangle Moving seemed to fit my budget and with their good reviews, I decided to give them a try. The office staff I dealt was courteous and professional. The moving guys were on time and had all of my things moved out of the house right under 2 hours. They worked hard and really fast and they didn't slow down or stop for a minute. They were very polite and efficient. My stuff arrived at the new house and not one damaged or broken item, not even a single scratch. I paid what I was quoted, no surprise or hidden charges, and couldn't be happier. My experience from start to finish was fantastic and left me wondering why I didn't hire professional movers before. I would and do recommend their moving service. They saved me money, lots of man hours, frustration, and back pain.

Went great; as scheduled, as planned, at the agreed upon cost with no adverse incidents. When the owner came to give me an estimate, my brother was loading a heavy, upright piano into the back of the truck to take to another location. The owner was kind enough to go get a ramp and loan it to us to load the piano at no charge. The only issue I had with the move was that a couple of the movers (there were three) spent a good bit of time texting and otherwise being on their cell phones during the move. Irritating, but they did get the job done.

It was a great experience overall. The crew was courteous and professional. It was a lot of items and the truck was very full. Despite this it was carefully packed and there was no damage. I asked for a complete inventory and the result was legible, accurate, and very detailed. The move was not cheap but the price was fair and as advertised. I would certainly use them again.
