TRADES OF THE TRIANGLE

We have used their services for many years and are always satisfied. They do great professional work and are reasonably priced.

Professional and courteous workers who explained everything. Cost estimate was very close to outcome. I plan on using Trades of the Triangle again in the near future. I am glad I found them.

The entire team at Trades of the Triangle was a pleasure to work with. Stayed within budget and the craftsmanship was outstanding.

A request was sent on 5/9/17 inquiring if they would be able and interested in doing repair work for me. To date I have not heard back from them. A simple response would have been appreciated. A lack of any response is very unprofessional in my opinion, which means it's highly unlikely I would ever approach them for work again.

Two crew vans arrived as scheduled with ample supplies. Supervisor and crew leader introduced themselves, briefed me on the plan, and the work started. Crew was fully knowledgeable about the assignments. Supplies and equipment were unloaded quickly and the work began. They finished in about 2.5 hours, cleaned up after themselves, had me review the work, and left. Before leaving, I was briefed about warranty on workmanship and told to call if I had any questions at all. As for me-the homeowner, this was a very painless process. No one was standing around wasting time or trying to figure out what to do next. These guys were on top of the game the entire time. This is the first time I've used Trades of the Triangle. I have another list for them already. I really like that they are local ... no one is driving from 30+ miles away. They are quite popular so you may have to wait 30-45 days during peak season or bad weather to get the work done. Alex and his crew are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

Alexander gave me a fair bid and he delivered on everything. He was very responsible and the work was done well.

From my very first contact with Mr. Butorins I was impressed by his high level of professionalism and thoroughness. We met to look at what was essentially a hole in our house, and discussed what I wanted the space to look like. There was a wall that needed to be moved, a custom cabinet built, and tub and shower, pedestal sink, commode, flooring, and field tile all to be installed. I was worried about engaging someone with whom I had never worked, but our prior contractor had abandoned us and we were in a pinch. Mr. Butorins gave us an estimate within a couple of days, we accepted it, and he soon began work. I cannot really communicate how very pleased I am with the results. The bath is perfect. It's spectacular. It's exactly what I wanted. He had very sound advice for selecting different elements, such as the lighting fixtures and window, but never pushed me in any direction. His crew was respectful of my house and my family, he was unfailingly responsive to my questions and concerns, and his work was meticulous. I recommend this company most highly.

I have used this company many times and I have always been delighted with the work they do. They treat my home like it was their home. In the past they have replaced a front door, painted a dining room ceiling, and designed and installed shelves in a pantry which we love. They are creative and their work is meticulous. It is wonderful to be able to turn to them when issues arise at my home and know that they will fix things better than I expected.

The entire process was a great experience. They were very professional. Always arrived as scheduled and the finished product was excellent. I would recommend them without reservation.

Alexander came out in a timely manner to provide an estimate. He was very professional and courteous. I needed to have this work completed just prior to my new gutters being installed. He was very flexiible and worked with the Gutter company to coordinate schedules. His team came out and completed the work while I was at work and by the time I got home each evening there was no evidence that they had been there (because they cleaned up so well each day). It was a small project, but it went very smoothly and after seeing pictures of other work Alexander has completed I look forward to hiring him for additional projects I have on my list.

It went extremely well. This was sort of a rush job, because it was the guys that were installing the gutters that discovered the rot. They had to have the repairs done before the gutter installation could be finished, and they recommended Trades of The Triangle. Boy, am I glad they did. Alexander from Trades came out to look at the house the same afternoon I called him, and had a crew out to do the repair the very next day. There were a few snags, because there was more rotten wood than initially thought, and they had to come out a second day, but throughout the process the fellows from Trades were always prompt and very professional. I was also very pleased with the price, which I felt to be very reasonable, especially given the fact that it was a rush job. I also felt like Alexander made my house a priority, though I'm sure it was only one of many projects they had at the time. I'm extremely pleased that i found Trades of The Triangle, and I intend to use them for any work I need done in the future.

Alexander had to grind a router bit to match the 80 some year old molding. The guys who did the on site installation worked on a Saturday to meet our schedule. They were efficient and neat and we were happy with their work.

We were impressed with them. They were very pleasant, very professional. They were very prompt. I thought they were thorough. The pricing was very competitive. I would recommend them.

They are fantastic and we are very happy with their work. They are quite versatile and can do a lot of things. They are a company who is insured. He is very creative and knowledgable in terms of finding solutions. He arrives when he said he is going to come. We will be hiring him in the future for more repairs.
