Steve’s Plumbing was started in 1988 after many years of experience before that as a professional plumber. We have the experience to tackle any problem. We treat our customers how we would like to be treated. We are on time, and take great pride in our work. We are owner operated and I do a lot of the work myself. Our customers are our greatest asset. We personally answer the phone and will return all messages. We provide fast efficient service.

Description of Work: Steve worked us in quickly when a pipe burst under the kitchen sink, flooding the kitchen. They did a great job in very cold conditions and also replaced some defective plumbing that might have caused problems in the future. The price was entirely reasonable and we will use them again.

He did the work in an hour and a half. He was recommended by another plumber. He responded quickly. He was flexible with time. He was familiar with my neighborhood and hence knew what kind of line was there and what he needed to do. He came out right away. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Steve's Plumbing in July. They fixed the waterline leak.

The job cost less than we thought it would. They are kind to us. Since we are loyal customers, they treated us right. They are excellent! They don't choose a flat fee for coming out. They are excellent!
Description of Work: I used Steve's Plumbing because we thought we had a clogged drain. He determined that it wasn't really clogged.

I was very pleased with everything. They got here quicker than I thought they would. When I called, they said they would be there the next day. I had an errand to run in the morning and before I even got home, they were already here. I feel very comfortable working with them, and I've used them before. They're very honest, trustworthy, and courteous.
Description of Work: Steve came in and replaced a part on our well, fixed a leaky faucet, and cleaned out our kitchen sink drain line.

I think it went well. They didn't find additional problems as they were working. They fixed the trap in one morning and then returned for the 2-person job of replacing the tub drain and overflow. The company was good about calling me for scheduling and making sure they let me know if they were late or weren't going to make it. Bret, our plumber is very nice, conscientious and does seem interested in saving you some money, but I'm wondering if $600 isn't a lot for the work performed. I have no idea. So don't necessary take my price assessment below to heart if I am wrong.
