hardwood floor
+ -1 moreCould not be happier with my experience. John showed up on time for his quote and for the repair work to my kitchen floor (replace flooring as I relocated my island to a new location and multiple holes from gas line, wires, ductwork were exposed). Despite the job turning out to be more involved than he anticipated (i.e., price was inadvertently underbid), he powered through the project with professionalism and high quality. The work was fantastic, his ability to match my existing stain was remarkable and his flexibility with start time was fantastic. Lastly, when I shared that my dog ran through his recently finished floor and we had paw marks throughout the polyurethane, he gladly came back and sanded them out before putting a final coat on poly down. I was so pleased that I ended up given John additional money for all his efforts. If that doesn't support my 5 stars, not sure what would!
Description of Work: Remove damaged flooring in kitchen, lay new oak floor boards, stain, sand & poly repaired area and blend into surrounding finished floor.
