Description of Work: Lawn mower and leaf blower repair

Description of Work: I have used this service in the past and had worked performed that was satisfactory.I knew that f I didn't get tractor in early it would be a least amonth or longer before getting machine back.This time work I requested was not done....mower would not shut off had to pull spark plug....I had wanted them to have mower fully serviced and running.My son had removed the deck which I was no aware was needed to complete attachment of belt...I had no phone call asking for this piece of equipment.It appears that the mower itself was never turned over to check ignition or any investigation as to why mower continued to run. Battery was totally dead and there were cobwebs around compartment.Again no phone call to ask how to proceed..I would have given permission for a new battery....whatever it took to get running..It's not an uncomplicated task to haul this...has to be loaded,tied down and then the same on pickup...it's about time and energy.So essentially I have paid 164.00 to have to blades installed and bearings...this seems excessive.I tried to call numbers listed on receipt...the one listed is for fax machine and the other not in service.I would like to work with them on this matter either complete work at least investigate and fix machine not turning off properly or a prorated refund.
