I have been a home inspector since 2005, and was a building contractor for many years before that. Expert inspector and great communicator. I also do inspections on small commercial buildings up to 10,000 square feet.

That's why we did some pre sale home inspections that's what we did. He was very efficient, he seem very knowledgeable he got us the report the next day and he was able to explain somethings that we had questions about.

We're very pleased with the thorough home inspections conducted by Jamey Tippens. His well-written reports (summary, details, and lot of photos) gave us the peace of mind that all major and minor defects and issues were identified. His reports helped us get the home warranty items taken care of by our home builder. Jamey offers a timely service, expertise, and excellent advice. We recommend him highly.
Description of Work: He conducted 3 home inspections for us - prior to closing date, one month after our move-in date, and recently before our one year anniversary at our new home.

I was out of state and could not go around the property with Jamey, but I was completely impressed by his thoroughness and attention to detail. He got into every nook and cranny - places in the crawlspace that you need to army crawl to! His report was detailed and clear. He provided a lot of photos and graded the severity of the problems that he found. I would use Jamey again and have recommended him to friends.
Description of Work: Jamey performed a complete home inspection on a house that we were under contract on. He also conducted a radon test (additional $150).
