You just can't do better than this builder. They are a small outfit that gives you a fair price, does excellent work, and delivers it on time (a novel idea for a builder).. They are collaborative too, asking for your ideas, explaining theirs, and willing to adjust as new ideas and situations unfold. I trust them to guide me through the home construction process and they have never disapointed. They have done a complete remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms (all of which garner compliments all of the time because each of the rooms are so in keeping with the style of the house) built a fence with a very nice design, and now have built my patio with pergola. Believe it, this is a builder with whom it is actually a pleasure to work.

Peloquin is an outstanding contracting company. I had used them two years ago to remodel my kitchen and was so happy with their work that I called them again for this job. They come when they say they're going to, are polite and friendly, clean up every day, and are respectful of your home. Their work is excellent. Each of the men has a wonderful eye for detail so that I can look at the finished rooms and am so pleased with all of the details. One of the things I most value about the Peloquin team is that when they ask you for the myriad decisions that you have to make, they'll tell you the impact of those decisions and suggest an alternative, instead of just going with your decision and then, when you see that you made a bad decision, redoing the work. That was invaluable. They built my bathrooms as carefully as if they were spending the money and this was their home. They were a great source for eco-friendly materials as well as traditional materials and were happy to work with me on any ideas I had as the work progressed. It was very much a collaborative effort in which they accomplished my goals.
