+ -1 moreA woman came to our house and moved dirty water around on the hardwoods, and cleaned the counters in the kitchen... and claimed she had worked for 3.5 hours. Because she had been there for 3.5 hours at that point and had gotten so little done, I told her not to bother with the bathrooms and the kitchen floor, and sent her home. When we arrived the next day with the movers, the hardwoods were almost as dirty as they were when she showed up. The good: the price for 3.5 hours of cleaning is fair enough, and they were responsive enough about getting back to me to schedule the work. In short: I cannot in good conscience recommend this company for cleaning.
Description of Work: We asked the company to come in and clean up a little behind some contractors before we moved in (so the house was empty). Drywall dust was on the floors and counters, and paint from the sprayer was splattered on the bathroom fixtures and in the kitchen. We asked them to clean the kitchen counters and the bathrooms, and to clean 900sqft of hardwoods downstairs and the vinyl flooring in the kitchen.

house cleaning
+ -1 moreHome Helpers sent an estimator to my home and she quoted me double the price to clean and then after calling the home office it was changed to one half the original quote. The home office called me and wanted me to sign a contract and give them the entire amount before they showed up to clean.
Description of Work: I did not hire them.

+ -1 moreTHEIR WORKERS ARE REALLY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY ARE POLITE AND NICE. THEY MAKE MY HOME REALLY CLEAN AND LOVELY. WHATEVER I NEED THEY DO FOR ME. I REALLY DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MUCH.
