Glenn completely missed our preview appointment and finally returned my call an hour after the appointment was supposed to be held (I called and left him a voice mail once he was a half-hour late). His only excuse was that he 'spaced' it (although the preview appointment had been made earlier that same day). He assured me I would be thoroughly satisfied with his crew's work the next day, and that they would be there early Thursday afternoon to do the cleaning. On Thursday mid-morning, Glenn called with not much explanation other than, "2 of my cleaners called in sick so we can't do the job." He was not remorseful, nor did he seek to re-mediate the situation. He said there was just nothing he could do for me. He had known that we were having an Open House that evening and that we were counting on his crew to clean. I asked him if he could guarantee that his crew would show up on Friday morning to do the job and he said he couldn't.
