GREEN TREE EXPERTS

I called and the owner came out and diagnosed my tree as dying and dangerous, since it was hollow underneath. He advised me to have it cut down right away because it would fall down during an ice storm or a drought in the next near without warning. So I scheduled its removal for ASAP. The company did not call and let me know when that was, they just showed up. However, it was a whole team of people and they did a wonderful job of taking down the tree without damaging any of my surrounding perennial gardens. Then they cleaned up the refuse and stacked the wood. I asked what they did with the wood chips from the branches that they chipped up and they said it was disposed of unless I wanted it. So I asked for it and they very carefully dumped it in my driveway. Now the chips are the groundcover of my kids' play area. They only thing that did not go as planned as the stump was not ground out as I had originally requested. So someone is coming back to do that for $100 additional.

I DIDN'T COMPARE THEIR PRICES TO OTHER COMPANIES. I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER AND I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES OFTEN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS.
