Description of Work: We had not water. Ryan came promptly, repaired it quickly. We have used this company in the past with excellent results.

Description of Work: Had a leak in an upstairs bathroom that as coming through the downstairs kitchen light. The man showed up withing a 1/2 hour and found the problem immediately. He told me it was the showhead and that water was pouring onto the floor. I would call him again in a minute!

Description of Work: Job was repair of a leaking pipe under my master bathroom, accessible by removing dry wall in garage ceiling. Called the plumber on a Saturday. My call was forwarded to the plumber, instead of a receptionist, which was helpful because I could tell him directly that I had all ready pulled down the dry wall, identified the source of the leak, and had a stable 10 foot ladder he could use. He came quickly and repaired the problem within a few hours. He was very professional, and gave me a lot of valuable information about the type of plumbing used in my house. At first I was disappointed in the stated price, in that he said it would cost $100 a joint to replace the faulty sections of pipe. However, he had to drive to Durham to get a correctly sized coupling, and fabricating the replacement fittings was a more involved job that I had thought. All things considered, I think the price was very fair, given the time and cost of traveling back and forth for parts, and he gave me a half-price break on the third fitting. The basic trip fee was $45, which I think is pretty fair.
