The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. He also went above and beyond in helping us get the best toilet for our situation and advising us on other potential issues. The service preformed seemed to be of a good value, however the price quoted for the replacement water heater was a bit high.

I had removed the old toilet and DrDrain installed the replacement which I had purchased. Their pricing seemed a bit odd. Even though I had removed the old toilet DrDrain insisted in charging me for the "package" price of a toilet replacement, not the installation of a toilet.

He came on time, was friendly and courteous, and remembered his last visit here. After checking the toilet for leaks he concluded thete were no leaks and therefore did not charge me. I have Dr. Drain on speed dial.

Ryan showed up slightly late, although I was called earlier to advise that he was running behind. Once there, he was pleasant, professional and prompt. He adjusted their fees to take into account that I'd already purchased the parts and had done much of the work. He also left the work areas clean and in order. Overall, a well done job and I would use them again.

I purchased a coupon through Angie's List for plumbing services. He came in with the mission to basically not do the job. He came with all of these extra prices. He was trying to bill me extra to turn me off from hiring him. Once he finished the quote it was up to $400.00 just for a garbage disposal repair and faucet replacement.

It went well. The plumbing professional even came to my house the night before the winter storm to complete the repair after the city inspector approved the it earlier that day. He worked in the dark to fill in the trench.
