Ryan was wonderful. Large plant pot had to be moved and supported and he did the whole thing! Rebar supporting the tree had gone straight through the sewer line. Ryan removed the rebar moved the pot and reinstalled. Then removed and replaced the injured section of sewer line. Above and beyond service.

I would most highly recommend Dr. Drain Plumbers. My husband and I have used them many times and have always received prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable service. We have used other plumbing contractors in the area, but the technicians from Dr. Drain have been the best at diagnosing and repairing all our plumbing problems at reasonable prices. Dr. Drain had a special where for one low price we could get a toilet overhaul and an assessment of all of our plumbing needs. Crystal, the contact person/scheduler is fantastic! She is knowledgable and very nice to talk with! Ryan was right on time and just super to work with. He is very pleasant and explained everything in detail so that we understood exactly what the problem was and what he would do. We had another estimate for more than twice this price to do the same work. We want to use Ryan for all of our plumbing needs from now on. Good job, Drain Doctor!

Over the phone they gave me a standard quote for toilets. When they realized 2 toilets and bathrooms were exactly the same and could be done on the same visit, they reduced the price and gave an Angies list discount. This amount was less than two other estimates. The plumber advised me before starting that older toilets may have a damaged/corroded flange waste pipe and this would complicate the replacement and cost more depending on how difficult it is to fix. After removing the toilet, the plumber showed me that our flanges displayed some corrosion but not enough to be a problem.

That was good. It was good, it was good work.

Crystal, in the office, replied to my message from Angie's List within 40 minutes and arranged for the plumbing service technician, Ryan, to be at our home within hours. Ryan reviewed our concerns and prepared an estimate. Ryan recommended that we buy the parts at Lowes to minimize the cost and specified what we needed to buy. The actual repair was done the next day. Ryan arrived within the prescribed time window and made the repair. His work was excellent and we were very appreciative that he took great care of the wall with in the closet that provided access to the tub plumbing he needed to replace. He left a very clean work space. We received a 10% discount on the estimate for being first time Angie's List users and the price for work done was very fair. Dr Drain, specifically Crystal and Ryan, is the best plumbing service we have ever used! They have our highest recommendation.

I called Dr Drain Plumbing to request an appointment and was very pleased with the prompt response from the scheduler. The plumber, Ryan, arrived on time and was great about answering my many questions. I explained that I was in the process of replacing an old sink/vanity. I had shut off the water, but when I disconnected the plumbing and the vanity I discovered previous water damage on the vanity and on the floor under the vanity. Ryan examined the hot and cold supply stops and explained that they weren't shutting off and needed to be replaced. He also tested the water pressure: 135 PSI; (Normal is 60 PSI) and recommended installing Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). I was very satisfied with the results and I was glad that I asked questions and received really helpful answers.

Once again, Dr. Drain was awesome from start to finish. Crystal was friendly and so easy to work with scheduling the appointment. Ryan is amazing, always explains in terms I can understand and is the fastest with the best quality I have ever seen. Dr. Drain is definitely the best plumber we have used and will continue to use for any plumbing we need.

Our master tub was leaking from the cold handle, Ryan with Dr. Drain investigated and found out that the prior owners stripped the plastic piece which meant you couldn't replace it or get it out easily. Instead of immediately saying we had to replace the whole thing, which a different plumber said, he spent 3 hours heating up a blow torch and trying to get a metal piece to attach to the plastic. He eventually did and got it working which saved us a ton of money. 3 Months later it just wore out, instead of making us buy a $500 whole new faucet he found just the valves which were the problem and replaced those. Ryan and Crystal are awesome and very responsive to work with. I will never use another plumber as long as I'm in Raleigh. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Drain.

The main line of the waste drain for the house had a section with a rusty section and some indication of an old leak. Dr. Drain was able to cut out the bad section of the old pipe and put in a new one. It was quick, straight forward, done in a timely manner for a competitive price. This is the second time I've relied on Dr. Drain to fix a problem and the second time it was an excellent experience.

Service was excellent. Plumber was prompt, polite, and skilled. He helped us to understand move about underlying issue of high water pressure & also showed us where mold could be an issue in the walls as a result of leaking over time.

Great! Poured rain on 5. 5, but, Ryan continued on completing the work needed under & outside of house. On 5. 6 completed repair on toilet & left bathroom spotless.

Inspected toilet and found no leaks, he said possibly water was coming from another source. Told us to keep an eye out for leaks and to call him if we had anymore problems. He was very thorough and professional. Since then we have had no other leaks. Would use this company again and recommend them to others. Did not charge because we had no problem.
