Description of Work: We had a major sewage back-up, and had to work with Dr. Drain multiple times. Not only were they patient, respectful and polite, Ryan was excellent at explaining what our problems were. We have used them many other times, and will never use another pluming company. Fine people.

Description of Work: I had purchased the Deal for Dr. Drain $25.00 for $50 off the cost of a repair. The scheduling was fine, he was prompt, but I felt the cost was high. I had a clogged tub drain and he snaked it clear. They have a $75 fee to come to the house and the charge to snake the drain was $148. I have since used another plumber who came within the hour and diagnosed and fixed another problem and it cost $90 including parts. The most recent plumber spent longer at the house than Dr. Drain.

Description of Work: This company was not truthful or transparent in our engagements. They heaped many extra fees on, which more than made up for the discount they were offering. The deal I purchased was for the replacement of a kitchen faucet. That is exactly the work I had them do. Still, they charged double what they said it would cost in the offer posted on the AL portal.

Description of Work: Ryan replaced a faucet valve in the shower. The price was given to me in writing while he was there and when he was done, he lowered it a bit. The faucet is great and the shower was cleaner when he left than when he started the job. Cannot say enough good about Dr. Drain and Ryan.
