She sold me with her professionalism and friendy attitude. I immediately scheduled appt. for next business day. Then went thru the Angies List proccess, so easy. The Plumber was Ryan. He arrived at appointed time, explained what the process would be. He did have to open a small area in the garage wall to get to piping. This was done so quickly and very neatly. He cleaned up the area, which was minimal, immediately. Ryan was a very professional, and personable. All with a great smile and attitude.

This was the only glitch, however, as he was very up-front about the pricing and coverage of my home warranty (it wasn't covered, but not his fault). He was very efficient in performing the replacement and even explained to me the advantages of the piece of equipment that he provided in the repair over what I had previously installed. While he was there, he also provided advice on a frequently clogged toilet and how to remedy that problem, free of charge. The technician was very helpful and courteous, and I would use him and recommend him to my friends.
