Had a master bedroom sink that drained very slowly while belching big bubbles. My efforts to clean it failed. Ryan looked and listened and diagnosed the problem, sent a mechanical snake way into the house pipes and pulled out an astonishing amount of gunk. In the process a debris constriction near the sink trap was removed. The work area was protected from splatters and the room left as clean as it was before. The sink drains like new now, with no bubbles. He also explained how these systems work in what amounted to a very useful seminar. I should have done this years ago. I have a new plumber!

Excellent, dishwasher backed and developed a leak under sink because of disposal was not properly installed, called Dr Drain and was all corrected.

Ryan fixed the toilet. When he got that working, he noticed that when there was water in the tank, there was a slow leak and he tightened the bolt. The kitchen faucet leaked when water was turned on and he was not able to fix that, but took a picture of the Mohr single lever model faucet to the Mohr Company and they are sending the needed parts to my home. Ryan also gave me the quote to rebuild. I was very pleased with this. He also gave me a quote to replace the tub spout to direct water to shower if that is needed. Furthermore, Ryan identified and checked my water pressure, a problem I did not know I had, which was very high (95+) water pressure which can be damaging to pipes as well as a giving me a quote. I appretiated his patience as well as his ability to explain these things in a way that a 72yo woman could understand.

Wow! I called and they sent out someone the same day; I must have been extremely lucky. He installed the faucet in about 15 minutes, informing me when he was going to turn off the water. I attempted to contact a few plumbers prior to getting a hold Dr. Drain and none of them would call me back. They even had high ratings on here. I had to change the appointment time and they were super flexible with that. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything to me and told me how something like what happened could happen. All in all I was more than pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.
