Our inhouse plumbing has been a nightmare (our home was built in 1972) and over the past two years we have had one problem after another - including a major leak in the natural gas line under our house. Mike Childress has handled every one of these problems. He is reasonably priced, efficinet (if he fixes it, it stays fixed), prompt, courteous and the only plumber I would call if I had a choice.

I called Drain Solutions about noon and they arrived by 5pm. They cleaned out the drain that evening and pulled a good bit of tree root blockage. Mike said if it backed up again, to give them a call. Sure enough, less than a week later things got slow again. Mike came out the next day and cleaned things out a second time at no charge. The reason I chose Drain Solutions is that I was given a quote over the phone, unlike several other companies that wanted to stick you with an $90 service fee, and then an additional fee for clean out.
