Description of Work: Replace dishwasher - Realized when he first arrived that he did not have correct parts. Rescheduled so he could get parts and not charge for the time. Arrived promptly upon next scheduled date and replaced dishwasher and hauled old dishwasher away.

Description of Work: Visited my home to problem solve a plumbing issue. Didn't see any problem so didn't charge me. Thought my issue was related to an old toilet and thought it was also too small for our home. Recommended replacement at some point to prevent more issues. I'll use them when we replace them or for any future problems.

Description of Work: Work went well but felt over charged. A leak presented itself after they were gone several hours and they never answered their after hours phone. I still had one of the workman's number and when I called he said he was not "on" this weekend and to cut off the main water supply and call back Monday.
