+ -1 moreThe team did a great job getting the piano off the truck and into the house without incident. They missed getting one pedal hooked up, which I discovered later. However, Zach was coming back in a few days to tune the piano, so it wasn't that serious. I would definitely hire them again. Zach texted me that they were running a few minutes late, and in all my dealings, I found him to be highly responsive. I wish it didn't cost so much, but it is very important to have professionals move a grand piano, and there were 4 guys involved.
Description of Work: Unload a grand piano from a U-Haul truck.

+ -1 moreAction Piano deserves an A+++++ rating. They are very professional, punctual, extremely careful and courteous. We had an antique baby grand piano relocated approximately 20 miles. The piano arrived without a scratch and was carefully set up in our home. They even did a few minor repairs to improve the piano. I highly recommend this company.
