When I bought my house I never would have imagined that the hardwood floors could ever look as good as they do now. Yan and his team were great, extremely polite, and always working as hard as possible to make sure the floors looked perfect. Yan would not be satisfied with letting any flaw remain - even flaws from previous contractors' attempts to repair the floor! I was extremely impressed and highly recommend them for anyone with a difficult floor issue.
Description of Work: Yan removed the carpet, sanded and refinished my old hardwood floors, repaired imperfections in the floor. He also installed an entirely new hardwood floor in one room, to perfectly match the old wood throughout the house. Additionally, he repaired a major structural flaw in the floor, ripped up old tile and installed new tile in the laundry room. He worked MAGIC on the entire house.
