Overcharge after quote. Destroyed the tree that they were supposed to lightly trim. Did not finish the job. The owner refuse to do anything about it. I was left with a tree stump and now my tree is dead.

They did what they agreed to do. I would not hesitate to hire them again

Trevor came and have a quote to remove one tree and trim a second. Asked if he could take a piss. Told where the bathroom is, told us he was good out here and owed in our back yard. I figured he was just an innocent country guy. Turns out the quote he gave was $600 Under what we were eventually charged. Do not hire.

I will call Todd the next time I have an issue with a tree without reservation. Very responsive, respectful, and thorough. Todd does what he says heâ ll do when he says heâ ll do it.

These guys were awesome!! I would give 10 stars if I could. They came and took down a tree that was dangerous and decaying. The workmanship and communication was great. Todd and his crew were fast and the price was extremely reasonable. I would strongly recommend using these guys if you need tree service or anything else they offer. It was a pleasure doing buisness with them , and I plan to use them in the future.

On behalf of myself and Barnyard Rescues I want to thank Todd Gosnell of Triad Tree & Lawn Care and his crew that went above and beyond. In fact, had it not been for Todd's generous and kind heart the rescue could never have been able to afford this emergency service! His crew removed a very large tree from the property that was putting both animals and property in immediate danger. While having a busy schedule he made this a top priority and he even donated services in order to make it affordable! One of his crew dismantled and reconstructed a complete dog kennel to avoid damaging any of the panels and the rest of his crew worked very carefully to make sure nothing was damage and they even helped secure animals during the process! Again, â above and beyondâ . I can't say enough about the man and his crew, not only was he very professional but he was personable AND CARED MORE ABOUT ANIMAL WELFARE than his bottom -line. Thanks again to Todd and his crew from the critters at Barnyard Rescues!

These guys are the very best. I called them about tree removal Thursday morning, they had an extremely reasonable estimate for me that afternoon, and a crew was out here fully equipped and hard at work the next day. Totally professional, incredibly prompt, very courteous, no BS -- everything you want in a tree service but rarely get.

Not prompt in returning phone calls. A little pricey but did a great job.

He did a great job. Came in on time for the quote and took out the tree when I was not there. It seemed a little expensive but taking down a tree is no easy and the equipment used probably cost a lot of money!

I had a precarious situation with a large Bradford pear tree that had a split and was getting ready to fall across my front porch and we had a storm coming. I was thankful that Todd came as quick as he did to remove the danger. They did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. Would hire them again!

Great Job and Great Price! I got several quotes and Todd gave me the BEST deal! I was so happy with the deal, I even put in my own help during the work. I had his crew remove 14 trees and grind all the stumps, put in a Dump Truck Load of Top Soil and Seed and Straw. They even graded my property! Excellent work. This is the business that you should hire!

Highly recommended. Completed an enormous job of removing two huge trees from my front yard that were dead. One was close to another tree and one was close to the house. Completed the project in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. All staff I interacted with were extremely nice and helpful. Will be using again for future projects.

I had 5 large trees to be taken down. They brought the proper large equipment, did the job fairly rapidly, and, very important to me, cleaned up all the debris. No mess was left behind.
