 + -1 moreDescription of Work: I purchased this on a Groupon (Living Social) on 3/28/2012 for carpet cleaning up to 1200 sq. ft. for $99. I tried to contact them numerous times to set up an appointment but their mailbox was always full so could not leave a message. I went to their website, which is now "under construction." The company is apparently out of business without formally saying so, so I called Living Social and they are refunding my money as of today.

 + -1 morePurchased a Groupon for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning. Have tried to reach this company many times over two weeks. They do not answer their phone, their voice mailbox is full so leaving a message is impossible, they do not respond to service requests entered through their website, and they do not respond to email. Given the lack of professionalism as regards communications, do not intend to allow this company to clean our carpets. Dismal service.
Description of Work: No services performed. Have requested a refund from Groupon.

 + -1 moreCalled in March to set up appointment and was told it would be May before they could do cleaning. Called the company three times in the week before they were to do the job to confirm the appointment, but never got an answer. Drove 100 mile round trip on day of appointment and they never showed up. Have asked for a refund from Groupon.
Description of Work: In March, bought a Groupon for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning. for $69, with no limit on square footage.
