Responded very quickly to my job. Original cleaner became ill the day of cleaning and they promptly found someone to fill in and take the job. The young lady who showed up to do the job was extremely nice and professional. Overall the young lady did a good job but I had to point out and ask her to readdress a few areas, at least twice, that I thought should have been obvious. Example, kitchen cabinets needed vacuumed out (they were empty) and cobwebs on crown moldings and ceiling (quite a bit) needed removed. Again, I would not hesitate to call this company again. Saved me a lot of time for the money! Good value.

Hired them to clean the inside of a freshly painted, newly carpeted, EMPTY 1200 sqft. house. Owner didn't come to the house to price the job, simply emailed a flat quote detailing everything that would be done. I would still be paying for them to "move and vacuum under furniture" and "dust knickknacks" in a vacant house, but the initial quote seemed fair since the bathrooms needed extra attention. TWO girls came out and spent THREE HOURS cleaning this small home. Texted to confirm they'd be washing windows..."Don't think we'll have the time" was the answer I received. I called the owner since he was the person who sent me the quote specifying windows would be washed; the secretary called upset that I'd talked to the owner. Needless to say that the only things initially touched were the messy streaks left on the windows, the inside of the fridge and microwave, and one bathroom sink. Again, I was quoted a "whole house deep clean," which included sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of all floors among a host of other things that weren't done. Emailed the owner photos of the shoddy "non-work" and brought to his attention the fact that the secretary didn't want me calling him with concerns. TWO WEEKS LATER was sent a single cleaner that was just as upset as I was that her colleagues essentially did nothing. She actually worked and accomplished everything single-handedly in 2 hours and 30 minutes (as she timed herself)! To cap it all, she was only instructed to do a few things: again NOT the laundry list of things I was QUOTED that would be done. Confirmed BEFORE HIRING that they'd take a check; the secretary agreed after confirming with her superiors. It's only Monday (the re-clean was Saturday), and I'm getting blasted with texts and calls wanting me to pay with "cash or credit"--again not what was agreed to. Plus, they did not leave a voicemail as they claim: I don't have voicemail set up! Though they are very polite, they try to scam you out of performing services they contract for, hoping you won't notice. Bottom line: you have to get after them to keep their word. Hire a single person or an honest small team, and avoid this headache!

The ladies did a great job. Stayed longer than what was scheduled. There were some things done that was not reported like broken blinds and toilet seats paint removed. I did speak with the office manager and they are going to take care of it. Now that is good service.

The 2 cleaners did a very good job cleaning the entire house. They brought their own supplies, and paid extra attention to specific areas I requested. I would use this company again.
