+ -1 moreThey gave the best estimate and were very responsive when we called to ask followup questions. They have also been in business for the longest time compared to three other companies we selected to get estimates. Their customer sales conatct person, "KC", who came out and gave the estimate, was the only one who recommended a selection of awnings that made sense for our needs and my wife and I appreciated her polite directness and being "upfront" with us in our original choice. She just came right out and stated what was best for our needs - no dancing around the subject! Very refreshing these days to have that kind of blunt and polite honesty. From start to finish, it took three weeks (the amount of time they said it would take) to complete the project and we are completely satisfied. In fact, they completed the job while we were on vacation and we didn't know that they had been there - althought we did know they were coming - until we looked out the back windows to discover that they had been here. And the cleanup was great - no mess left. Very clean...
Description of Work: The projest was to get an estimate and install three sets of awnings for the back of our home which faces west and gets very hot due to the intense heat from the sun's rays.

+ -1 moreIt took a little longer for the printing on the awning than first estimated due to one of the employees being injured. However, the employee did work on it and got it completed and it was installed before my "Grand Opening". The awning was installed within 30 minutes once it was delivered. It is of excellent quality, has been in service for over 1 year and the logo is as bright as the day the awning was installed. It has been really easy to keep clean too.
Description of Work: I needed an awning to cover my drive thru window. I had several conversations by phone with Mr. Alexander explaining what type of awning I wanted. He met with me at my future store location and drew up a proposal for my awning. He brought some color/material samples for me to select from, took measurements for the height I would need for drive thru traffic. Because he was recommended to me by a 3rd party he also provided me with a discount on the purchase. I was able to choose between Black & White for my printed logo or a 3 color logo on the awning. Mr. Alexander was able to make some recommendations on the color of the material by looking at my choice of a 3 color logo. He also made recommendations on the logo placement due to the style of awning I had designed and built.
