 + 0 moreI think they did a pretty good job. They were very professional. I could not believe how bright the colors were on my furniture once they finished cleaning. They looked like new pieces. Everything also dried very quick.
Description of Work: I had my family room carpet cleaned as well as my sofa, love seat and ottoman.

 + -1 moreI am very pleased with the work and the customer service that I received. I continued working in my home office and their work did not disturb me. I received a call from the company after the job was done to see if I was satisfied with the work. I recommend this company out of High Point to anyone. I will use their services again.
Description of Work: Company gave me an estimate over the phone. I work out of my home and my schedule is erratic. I asked for after 2 pm appointment and they came a little after 2. They cleaned the front stairway and landing, and the finished basement where a storm had brought in water into the garage which seeped under the door into the basement where my husband has his study. The stain was big, and it is very clean now. The cleaners moved the furniture and put it back.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND CLEAN. THEY WERE JUST WHAT I NEEDED. THEY WERE ON TIME. I HAD STAINS AND SPOTS ON MY CARPET. THEY REMOVED THEM JUST GREAT.

 + -1 moreTHEY MOVED ALL OF MY FURNITURE AROUND BEFORE THEY BEGAN CLEANING THE ROOM AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE TIME IT TOOK. IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND I AM GLAD THAT I HIRED THEM FOR THE JOB.
