I emailed her yesterday about the Big Deal, asked her for a few questions and she let me know that I was out of her service area but I have had others who were farther who has done great service for me. She told me to get a refund from Angie's list and good luck.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for "post holiday" cleaning services. I waited until May to call for appointment and scheduled two dates May 11 and May 31. Kelly was great on email, very responsive even sent a note the evening of May 10 to confirm her arrival the next day. May 11 - no show, no call, no email. I called several times with no answer, emailed with no reponse. Kelly finally replied to an email on Monday May 14 explaining there had been a death in her immediate family and that she would be back in town on May 16 and would be happy to re-schedule cleaning for this coming Friday May 18. I replied that would be great, needed AM. Never heard back from her, have left messages and emails with no reply. I understand that people have hardships in their lives but if you have a job you need to be responsible and at least communicate with people your intentions. I find Kelly's unresponsiveness very unprofessional. I am requesting a refund from Angies List given I don't want to do business with people who do not respect my time or money!

Being that this is a husband and wife (mom and dad) run business, scheduling is challenging for them at times and my cleaning was rescheduled at the last minute due to school cancellation, but they were very flexible and apologetic about rescheduling and even offered to come on a weekend which was nice. They stayed for almost the entire time promised (3 hrs and 45 minutes, promised 4 hours) and the cleaning was good but was not a "deep clean" in my opinion. The kitchen floors still had grime on them- in my mind, a deep cleaning would have warranted a real scrubbing of the floors, not just a once-over mopping. Attention to detail was lacking in areas- I was disappointed to find dust bunnies and cobwebs in the corners between chairs and side tables- granted, these areas are hard to reach, but I did write them a note specifically directing them to this area and told them to feel free to move any furniture as needed. I had other cleaners come who did a similar quality of cleaning in just 1.5 hours. Overall, they did a good job, just not quite as thorough as I expected, given the description of the service purchased.

I purchased the services via a coupon offered by Angies List. The appointment was for noon, but Rodney didn't show until close to 1PM due to a family medical emergency. However, once he got started he did an excellent job. It took him about 4 hours to finish. I'm very pleased with the work done.

I got the Angie's list deal to have them come out. They were a bit late, but did everything I asked them to do. The house looked great. Hope to use them in the future.

I've sent her an email and called her 3 times. She has called me back once to say that she was going into a grocery store. She has not tried to return my email.

They are reliable in service delivery and meet my expectations. In the event that something gets missed, they are quick to correct it. I have no complaints and think their service is quite a value.

This is a husband and wife team, and they are really smart, nice, professional people. They aren't afraid to help you with the dirty work, and I've been very satisfied with the quality of their service.

If you need a single clean - they'll probably do a fine job. If you want them to clean for you regularly I would look elsewhere. We are. They just didn't show! No call, no show on the third clean.

I hired Sparkling Clean after having the same housekeeper for over 10 years. When she retired, I was concerned about finding someone trustworthy and that would clean well. I used Angies List so I could feel I could get the references for their cleaning. I was not disappointed. This is a married couple that cleans together and they work hard, clean well and are open for your comments and preferences. I would recommend them for cleaning homes or businesses.

I love it. What a load off my schedule. They do a terrific job and it keeps me motivated to stay organized and pick up after myself. They are friendly and communicative and I'm very comfortable with them, which was very important to me. They clean up after me once a week!

It's been said that "behind every good man is a good woman" and that very well may be true. But in our case, behind this good woman is a good man!. We spoke with Kelly on Thursday and she agreed to provide service for us on Saturday. Her willingness to schedule us on two days notice was remarkable. Saturday morning, Kelly was unable to make the appointment but sent her business partner (and husband) who arrived very near schedule. He explained Kelly's inability to come and went straight to work. Rodney worked virtually non-stop all day and left only after he was comfortable knowing we were satisfied with his work. The results were phenomenal. The service for the price is unbeatable! We have already recommended their service to some friends and would highly recommended them to everyone considering housecleaning service. By the way, Rodney loves hot dogs!

Very quick response to my initial email for an estimate. Set up initial visit for 5/30/11. A few days prior, Kelly called to say they couldn't come on that day. Set up another visit for 6/4/11 at 10am. On 6/4/11 at 10:50am, Kelly called to say they were running late because their babysitter was late. Kelly and Rodney finally showed up before noon on 6/4/11. Very nice in person. Very good cleaning job. I set up a follow up cleaning on 6/14/11. They didn't show up on 6/14/11 because Kelly said their first job that morning took them all day to clean. Kelly offered to send a lady that helps them during the summer to my house to clean the next day. I declined. Kelly was very apologetic. Kelly said she and Rodney could start cleaning my house on a regular basis starting Friday, 6/24/11. On Monday, 6/20/11, I emailed Kelly to confirm an ETA for Friday 6/24/11. She responded back that they would arrive mid to late afternoon on 6/24/11. They never showed up on 6/24/11 and I never got an email or phone call to explain why. I have since hired another cleaning service.

They were prompt, professional, and very nice. The amount charged was right in line with what they accomplished.

Arrived as scheduled - finished a little sooner than expected, but also did not charge full estimate. Unfortunately I could not be present as I had planned and I had to leave my husband in charge. (I would have had them do a few more things that they missed)

They said that they would be at our house around 9. I left a key for them, and they let themselves in, cleaned all of the rooms that we discussed before hand, locked up, and let themselves out. On top of basic cleaning, they got under furniture, cleaned base boards, did a great job on the floor, did a great job in the kitchen.

Kelly and Rodney were amazing! Having a busy life makes keeping up with the day to day cleaning chores next to impossible. And having a husband who is a mechanic that gets grease every time he touches something and three dogs who love playing in the yard makes it even worse! This being the first time that I had ever had my house cleaned, I was a little nervous about not being there during the week. Kelly was wonderful and made room in their schedule to fit me in on a Saturday! Which of course gave me a reason to relax for a day :-) Both Kelly and Rodney were very professional and polite and I will say they work like a well-oiled machine! I had made specific requests (walls dusted, base boards, doors, etc) that I thought would make them not have time to do some of the more common things and was perfectly ok with that (my fault I never asked them!), but they did my requests and then some!!!! They even did the decorations I have along the top of cabinets in my kitchen. They actually took them down and thoroughly dusted/wiped down. Needless to say I was absolutely impressed and will definitely call them again.

Excelent Kelly and Sparkling image do a great job. These guys do everything that they promise for a reasonable cost. They are always very thorough on every visit. We are so pleased to have them clean our home. They are by far the best cleaning service we have ever had and intend to keep using them for years to come. Thanks

I have two toddlers, two dogs, a home office, a husband in grad school, and a hard time keeping up with it all. I was looking for a owner-operated cleaning service (as opposed to the bigger franchises), and found Kelly and Rodney on Craigslist. They came the very next day, and have come every two weeks since. I have used them three times so far, and plan to continue to use them indefinitely. The house feels clean and fresh but hasn't been rearranged beyond recognition (which has happened with other services I've used). The floors are clean, dog hair gone, surfaces dusted, in general it just feels like I have my life back under control after they've left. They are nice to chat with, but also discreet and quiet when I am working in my office. I really like them and highly recommend them.
