Description of Work: Called the number provided, got an answering machine, left detailed message...never received a call back, it's been over a week. Very unprofessional not to even deserve a call back!! Will never call again!!

+ -1 moreI called Charles Coldiron, part owner of Quality Plumbing this morning around 8:30 to discuss the water leak. He said he could stop my this morning to repair and arrived within 20 minutes, fixed the leak by replacing a portion of the pipe and was gone. Total time from my initial call, to him fixing the leak and leaving was under 1 hour. Now that is what I call outstanding service from start to finish. Charles was very cordial and will only call them whenever I need plumbing repairs.

+ -1 moreThe work was excellent! Everything is as good as new! They gave me 2 options for repair, one cheaper and one more expensive. Always answered phone calls or returned them promptly. I will definitely use this company again. Very pleasing and professional people to work with.
Description of Work: I had a broken water main line under my house. They replaced the whole line which included ripping up the driveway and breaking through the garage floor.

+ -1 moreIn both cases, one of the owners came to perform the work, bringing a helper with him. The work was done promptly, correctly, and in a professional, friendly manner.
Description of Work: Called Quality Plumbing the firest time, when I heard water running somewhere in the house but could not find a leak. The owner responded right away and found the problem in the crawlspace, fixed it, and charged an insanely reasonable fee. Used them a second time when I needed a main water shut-off valve installed. Again, excellent service, responsiveness and price.

Description of Work: My water heater was starting to look like a waterfall. There was a major leak and it needed to be addressed quickly. Mr Cole was prompt and a professional. He removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new one very quickly. He came into a mess and cleaned the entire area when he completed his work. I would highly recommend him and the Quality Plumbing service.
