 + -1 moreDavid Howard promptly met with me to help me select a security system that would best meet my needs. Dean did a great job installing the system and went above and beyond to make sure the installation was to my satisfaction. Whenever I call with a question about my system or billing, Phyllis and the rest of the staff are very courteous and helpful. They all seem to go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable with your security system and their services. Many other home security systems provide you with "free" equipment then lock you into a contract for up to 5 years. With Protection Systems, you purchase your own equipment but are not locked into any contracts. In the end, you pay about the same, but I know Protection Systems provides me more personalized service than the national home security companies.
Description of Work: Protection Systems installed a home security system with two-way monitoring.

 + -1 moreWe called Protection Systems over a year ago and they came out and gave us an upgrade for hardly anything. There was a problem with the wiring but they came back immediately and corrected the problem. We have been using them ever since. I prefer not to grade them on price.
Description of Work: They monitor our security system. We have a 1 year agreement and the billing is monthly.

 + -1 moreProtection Systems is a good company. They sent us a letter with all of their contact information on who to get in touch with for certain situations. We run a test monthly and we call them ahead of time. They are very responsive. They did lower their price for us to compete with our previous carrier.
Description of Work: Protection Systems installed our alarm system, they monitor it and they run a test on it monthly.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS WONDERFUL. THEY GAVE US A GOOD DEAL ON THE EXPENSES AND THE ALARMS WORK GREAT. THE COMPANY ALSO HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHENEVER WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ALARMS.
