+ -1 moreAs stated above, I began "attempting" to do business with this company around the beginning of October of 2013. It was a disaster. At present, I am notifying the Better Business Bureau to at least get my $75 check back because I ended up completing the job myself by simply asking Lowe's Home Improvement on Battleground Ave., Greensboro, NC, for some advice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are incredibly unprofessional on every level! The only person who even tried to help was the person who answers the phone (the receptionist?)
Description of Work: A consultant came out to my home and took measurements so that she could order and install the hardware for window treatments that I already had for one bedroom. In addition, the consultant was going to measure for and then order 4 drapery tiebacks/holdbacks for an additional bedroom. She did take the measurements and the company cashed my $75.00 check, which is what they charge to come out to your home to take measurements. After that, NOTHING was done. Between the dates of of the beginning of October of 2013 to the present, and after NUMEROUS emails, phone calls to the cell phones, work phones and actual verbal conversations with the owner of the company, the consultant who came to my home and the secretary who answers the phone (and MANY promises that the situation would be taken care of!) NOTHING was ever done. It got to the point that after 11-05-13, the company, all inclusive, stopped returning emails, phone calls, etc..
