PERKINS TREE & STUMP REMOVAL

Description of Work: I have used Perkins several times in the past and have recommended him to others. No more! I scheduled an estimate and had to wait several weeks to accommodate his schedule. Then he rescheduled at least twice. When we finally got a date that was going to work, I was delayed 10 minutes and called the office to let them know. I arrived 10 minutes late and he was waiting. This was at a rental house that I owned. I took him in the backyard to show him the work that needed doing. A visitor of the tenant was in the backyard and made a comment about how important it was to have someone who knows what they are doing look at trees. Mr. Perkins took offense and started cussing and then said, "Get someone else". and left. I called the office and left a message that I was confused by his reaction. I was hoping for a call. Maybe he was having a really bad day. I never heard from him or his office staff. Since then I've heard from a friend, one that I recommended use Perkins, that he was gruff and impolite with her. I don't know what has happened to him and as I say, I've used him in the past, but things have clearly changed.

Description of Work: Cut down white pine that was dying in the yard, pine approximately 65'. I had to haul off the wood, also no stump removal, I wouldn't do business with them in the future.

Description of Work: They removed two very large old oak trees.
